In spite of this, the project was approved when the project should have been modified instead of authorized with prescriptions, as was done.  <\/p>\n<p>  <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/11\/14\/la-licencia-expres-al-futuro-lio-de-formentera-todos-los-informes-favorables-demoliciones-y-una-advertencia\/\">The project has all the favorable sectorial reports.  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>This case is part of the documentation that Lloren\u00e7 Cordoba brought to the attention of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor&#8217;s Office along with the documentation of the <a href=\"http:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/tag\/quioscos-de-playa\">contest under suspicion of<\/a> beach services and <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/12\/01\/omisiones-sorprendentes-sobre-la-incompatibilidad-de-javier-serra-doble-rasero-y-vuelve-la-censura-en-la-comision-del-codigo-etico\/\">the incompatibility of Javier Serra<\/a> and that has led to the investigation of the UCO. <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/11\/14\/la-licencia-de-la-que-sospecha-cordoba-un-permiso-expres-al-lio-de-formentera-del-ex-presidente-del-pp-otorgado-a-sus-espaldas\/\">Behind the questioned project, is the former president of the PP of Formentera, Juan Manuel Costa Escanellas <em>Paya<\/em>, president of the hotel association of Formentera, the founding family of the Pacha Group, and the son of the previous operator of the restaurant<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/11\/24\/la-familia-de-la-secretaria-general-de-gxf-es-la-propietaria-del-edificio-beneficiado-con-la-licencia-expres-con-irregularidades\/\">whose property is owned by the family of the general secretary of GxF <\/a>. <\/p>\n<h3>Changes on the NNSS in es Pujols<\/h3>\n<p>Cordoba did not include in the complaint to the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, however, the Study of Detail of es Pujos, to which he referred, however, as <strong>&#8220;quite suspicious changes of urban figures that should be investigated&#8221;<\/strong> and sometimes as an urban requalification. This 60% of building obviously reduces the private free space. The promoters of the Study of Detail, the family that owns the restaurant and apartments sa Palmera, is that the hotel will enjoy <strong>&#8220;large terraces without increasing the maximum authorized use&#8221;. <\/strong> The increase in surface area is accompanied by a change of location within the plots of the four buildings divided into two units of two buildings each linked by a walkway also obviously involves <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/formentera\/2024\/12\/09\/la-surrealista-justificacion-a-los-cambios-del-hotel-de-bustos-talar-el-doble-de-arboles-protege-el-pinar\/\">a greater felling of trees in the pine forest of es Pujols: 124 compared to the 56 initially planned. <\/a> Curiously, the justification for the increase in tree felling <strong>is the protection of the pine forest<\/strong>. &#8220;The objective is to minimize the felling of trees&#8221; (sic), justifies the report. &#8220;One of the objectives of this Study of Detail, is to <strong>minimize the felling of
