He is the son of former mayor Isidor Torres. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The first three will sit in the dock for alleged direct civil liability for crimes of prevarication, while Torres Mayans will be held accountable for the crime of administrative prevarication and false documentation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Chamber will be formed by the president Jaime T\u00e1rtalo Hern\u00e1ndez and the magistrates Samantha Romero Ad\u00e1n and Gloria Mart\u00edn Fonseca.
