The Government of the Balearic Islands and the central government have reached an agreement that allows to save the housing emergency decree, clearing the way for the construction of up to 4,000 new homes on the islands, including 750 planned in Ibiza<\/a>.<\/strong> The pact avoids the threat of an appeal to the Constitutional Court raised by the Executive of Pedro S\u00e1nchez, who had pointed out possible unconstitutionalities in the autonomous regulation. <\/p>\n
