The Ibiza Solidarity Dinner was a resounding success: the 20 most prestigious chefs of the island joined forces and raised 15. 657,90 euros for those affected by the DANA in Valencia. Last Wednesday, solidarity shone brightly at El N\u00e1utico Ibiza restaurant, where a unique charity dinner, organized by FaceFoodMag, took place. With the aim of restoring the devastated areas and protecting the business fabric and employment, the dinner was part of the global initiative “From Valencia for Valencia”, promoted by renowned chefs such as Ricard Camarena, Quique Dacosta and Bego\u00f1a Rodrigo, together with the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE). During the evening, attendees enjoyed an extraordinary menu designed especially for the occasion, in which each of the 20 participating chefs contributed their creativity and know-how. Among them were: Pau Barba, Jos\u00e9 Miguel Boned, \u00c1lvaro Sanz, \u00d3scar Molina, Walter Sidoravicius, Alberto Pacheco, Iker Llona, Bego\u00f1a Arizmendi, Paulina Mauvecin, Arnaud Sala, Gonzalo Aranguez, Baltasar Rigo, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel S\u00e1nchez, David Reartes, Massimo Larossa, Mart\u00edn V\u00e1zquez, Alberto P\u00e9rez, Reina Nagai, Marcos Pav\u00f3n, Diego Dechecco, Ram\u00f3n Guill\u00e9n<\/strong> and other outstanding talents of local gastronomy and renowned Djs. Kike Radikal and Cyril Claudel.<\/strong> Every euro raised will go entirely to support the recovery of the communities affected by the DANA, demonstrating that gastronomy can be an engine of change and hope. <\/p>\n

This event would not have been possible without the support of local companies and entities such as Estrella Damm, Bedrinks, Diego Carnicer\u00eda, Frutas La Palentina, Hermanos Meneghellos, Bamberry Foods, Pescados Consuelo y Pardalet, Balfeg\u00f3, Klimer, Josper Grill, Triticum Bread Lovers, Gasifred, Aniofe, Gin Raw, Moet Hennessy, Pomona, Innovachef, Helader\u00eda los Valencianos, Covermanager, Palauequipat, Eiviss Garden and Balearik Cargo,<\/strong> among many others, who selflessly joined the cause.
