These components, commonly used in medicines to treat erectile dysfunction, do not appear on the labeling of the products, posing a significant risk to the health of consumers.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Associated risks and AESAN recommendations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The agency has pointed out that these substances can cause pharmacological effects and adverse reactions of varying severity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/12\/30\/ib-salut-tarda-15-anos-en-instalar-una-sala-de-radiologia-en-el-centro-de-salud-de-sant-antoni\/?swcfpc=1\">Ib Salut takes 15 years to install a radiology room in the health center of Sant Antoni<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In view of this scenario,<strong> the AESAN recommends that those who have these products in their homes should refrain from consuming them.<\/strong> In addition,<strong> the competent authorities have been notified to ensure the effective withdrawal of both<\/strong>food<strong> supplements<\/strong>from marketing channels.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Products concerned and distribution channels<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The first product, <em>ProIntense<\/em>, comes in a package with six 12-gram sachets. Its lot number is <em>2475010<\/em>, with a best-before date until March 1, 2027. The second, <em>Upotent, honey sexual stimulant<\/em>, comes in a package with five 10-gram sachets and has lot number <em>3741058<\/em>, with a best-before date until June 30, 2027. Both products should be stored at room temperature. According to AESAN, the initial distribution of these supplements was mainly through e-commerce channels. However, the authorities do not rule out that they have reached the market through other distribution channels, which has led to intensified verifications in the autonomous communities. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Notification and measures<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The alert was issued through the Coordinated System for the Rapid Exchange of Information (SCIRI) after being reported by the health authorities of Catalonia.
