In this sense, it should be remembered that in 2022, in the face of the uncontrolled increase in price inflation, caused by the invasion of Russia over Ukraine, the government of Spain offered to assume the gratuity of the train and metro lines to the island of Mallorca and to reduce by 70% the price of the bus ticket to the island of Ibiza. A situation of inequality that was corrected thanks to the initiative of the Consell d&#8217;Eivissa that, from its presidency, announced on August 8 of that year the absolute free of charge for all the holders of the transport cards of the Consell Insular.<\/p>\n<p> <b> <\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Guaranteed cost<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>In addition, it is given the circumstance that the Government of the State does not really charge 100% of the cost of this service, which has to be assumed initially in a total way by the Consell d&#8217;Eivissa.
