In addition, he has paid <strong>700 euros to the victim<\/strong> as civil liability, the amount claimed by the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office. He has also been <strong>disqualified from working with minors for two years<\/strong>. According to the prosecution&#8217;s indictment, the events occurred in <strong>March 2022<\/strong>, when the defendant entered the room where a friend of his ex-partner, with whom he lived, was sleeping. There, he <strong>touched<\/strong> her <strong>without her consent<\/strong>, which forced the woman to leave the room and move to the living room. However, the man again insisted on <strong>touching<\/strong> her <strong>sexually<\/strong>. The prosecution had initially requested a sentence of two years&#8217; imprisonment, as well as the payment of 700 euros in compensation.
