The <strong>Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office<\/strong> requests a sentence of <strong>four years in prison<\/strong> and the payment of a <strong>compensation of 317,000 euros<\/strong>, amount to be paid by the company of which the accused was the proxy. According to the prosecution, the facts date back to <strong>October 2017<\/strong>, when the woman signed a contract with the victim for the <strong>sale of a home in a real estate development<\/strong> that was to be built on a plot of land in Ibiza. The buyer initially paid <strong>\u20ac11,000 as a reservation<\/strong>, and subsequently transferred <strong>\u20ac306,000<\/strong> to complete the transaction. However, according to the prosecutor&#8217;s brief, the accused <strong>diverted the money to a personal account<\/strong>, without <strong>any work or real estate project<\/strong> being executed. In this way, the prosecution argues that the woman <strong>appropriated the transferred amount<\/strong> instead of allocating it to the construction of the promised house.
