This was announced by its president, <strong>\u00d3scar Portas<\/strong>, in the plenary session held this Thursday, where he reported that the island institution has hired a legal team to appeal the process through the contentious-administrative process. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/12\/26\/inician-las-obras-de-los-nuevos-pantalanes-de-sant-antoni-cuanto-tardaran-y-cual-es-su-costo\/?swcfpc=1\">Work begins on the new Sant Antoni jetties: how long will it take and how much will it cost?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As advanced by<strong> La Voz de Ibiza<\/strong>, the APB will make a single tender <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/11\/01\/el-consell-de-formentera-da-por-hecho-que-habra-una-unica-concesion-para-las-dos-darsenas-de-la-savina\/?swcfpc=1\"><strong>will make a single tender for the two current docks of the Poniente and Levante.<\/strong><\/a> &#8221; <strong>We must exhaust all options both in the legal part and with allegations to stop this process,&#8221;<\/strong> said Portas, who insisted that the unification of the two sports marinas of La Savina <strong>does not meet the needs of the people of Formentera<\/strong>. In this sense, the president said that next week he will meet with the president of the APB, <strong>Javier Sanz<\/strong>, to reiterate the need to listen to the citizens of the island. The announcement of the judicial appeal comes in a context of political division in Formentera regarding the strategy to follow against the APB. During the plenary session, the councilors of <strong>Sa Uni\u00f3<\/strong> rejected a motion presented by <strong>Gent per Formentera (GxF)<\/strong> that called <strong>for the direct involvement<\/strong> of the president of the Government, <strong>Marga Prohens<\/strong>, in this conflict. For GxF spokeswoman <strong>Alejandra Ferrer<\/strong>, it is essential that Prohens <strong>&#8220;show her face and react,&#8221;<\/strong> since, as the person responsible for appointing the president of the APB, she has the capacity to influence the situation. Portas, on the other hand, considers this demand to be <strong>a political maneuver<\/strong>. &#8221; <strong>What they are doing is diverting the issue to the president of the Government to try to get political mileage,&#8221;<\/strong> he said. Finally, the rejection of the motion <strong>was resolved with the casting vote of the president of the Consell<\/strong>. &#8220;Next week I have a meeting with APB president and I will move him to come to the Consell d&#8217;Entitats and can listen to associations of Formentera and the discomfort in our society,&#8221; said Portas.<\/p>\n<h2>The competition for the management of the port of La Savina<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The public tender approved by the APB will define the management of the port of La Savina for <strong>the next 25 years<\/strong>. This process includes <strong>a minimum investment of 15 million euros<\/strong> by the company awarded the contract, with the aim of modernizing the facilities and improving accessibility. <\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Among the measures planned are <strong>the construction of a dry marina, two subway parking lots and the remodeling of several buildings<\/strong>.
