She also pointed out that this requirement <strong>is not applied in other European countries<\/strong>, generating a <strong>competitive disadvantage<\/strong> for the sector on the island. According to Ribas, the royal decree implies <strong>legal uncertainty<\/strong> and is practically <strong>impossible to comply with<\/strong> due to its <strong>operational complexity<\/strong>. &#8220;After speaking with all the <strong>agents of the tourism sector<\/strong> affected, we have verified that this regulation <strong>seriously harms companies<\/strong>, since it imposes the collection of data <strong>before providing the service<\/strong>, something that does not occur in other European countries,&#8221; she said. In addition, the councilor pointed out that its <strong>entry into force has been postponed three times<\/strong> and that the Congress of Deputies <strong>has already requested its withdrawal by absolute majority<\/strong>, which reflects the <strong>generalized rejection<\/strong> that this regulation has generated. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Creation of a Corps of Inspectors for Social Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It has also given the green light to a socialist motion to assess the <strong>creation of a Corps of Inspectors of Social Rights<\/strong>, with the aim of <strong>improving the monitoring and enforcement of social policies on the island<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Transfer of roads to the town councils of Ibiza and Santa Eul\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the infrastructure section, the <strong>transfer of ownership of two stretches of roads<\/strong> to the town councils of <strong>Santa Eul\u00e0ria and Ibiza<\/strong> has been definitively approved:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The section of the insular road that crosses San Carlos de Peralta<\/strong> is now managed by the <strong>Santa Eul\u00e0ria Town Council<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The
