This figure seems fundamental to us, as are equality plans,&#8221; he explained.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, he has positively valued that the proposal of the <strong>Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Culture<\/strong> requires the authorization of the artists to train AI models. &#8220;A regulation whereby the artist maintains control over his rights was a fundamental demand,&#8221; he stressed. <\/p>\n<h2>Scriptwriters&#8217; requests<\/h2>\n<p>For his part, the general director of <strong>FAGA (Forum of Audiovisual Screenwriters&#8217; Associations)<\/strong>, <strong>Rodolf Giner<\/strong>, focused on the regulation of AI and intellectual property. &#8220;We, in the past, have opposed that if there was no express veto, it was understood as an authorization.
