{"id":86079,"date":"2025-02-17T12:08:37","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T11:08:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/sin-categorizar\/2025\/02\/17\/four-municipalities-in-ibiza-rank-among-the-ten-with-the-highest-rental-prices-in-spain\/"},"modified":"2025-02-17T12:09:42","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T11:09:42","slug":"four-municipalities-in-ibiza-rank-among-the-ten-with-the-highest-rental-prices-in-spain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/four-municipalities-in-ibiza-rank-among-the-ten-with-the-highest-rental-prices-in-spain\/","title":{"rendered":"Four municipalities in Ibiza rank among the ten with the highest rental prices in Spain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to <strong>Idealista<\/strong>&#8216;s report for the fourth quarter of 2024, four municipalities in Ibiza are among the ten locations with the highest rental prices in the most demanded areas of Spain. <strong>Santa Eul\u00e0ria des Riu<\/strong> ranks second in the ranking with an average rent of 3,919 euros per month, just behind <strong>La Moraleja<\/strong> (Madrid), where the average value is 4,001.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2025\/02\/10\/santa-eularia-la-zona-mas-cara-para-comprar-vivienda-en-espana-fuera-de-madrid\/?swcfpc=1\">Santa Eul\u00e0ria, the most expensive area to buy a home in Spain outside Madrid<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also in the top 10 are <strong>Sant Josep de sa Talaia<\/strong> (3,566 euros, in 4th place), <strong>Sant Antoni de Portmany<\/strong> (2,597 euros, 9th) and <strong>Ibiza<\/strong> (2,584 euros, 10th).<\/p>\n<p>The list of the top ten places is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>La Moraleja (Madrid)<\/strong>: 4,001 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Santa Eul\u00e0ria des Riu<\/strong>: 3,919 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benahav\u00eds (M\u00e1laga)<\/strong>: 3,815 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sant Josep de sa Talaia<\/strong>: 3,566 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esplugues de Llobregat<\/strong> <strong>(Barcelona)<\/strong> 3,085\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marbella (Malaga)<\/strong>: 3,018 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calvi\u00e0 (Balearic Islands)<\/strong>: 2,828 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sotogrande (C\u00e1diz)<\/strong>: 2,815 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sant Antoni de Portmany<\/strong>: 2,597 euros\/month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ibiza<\/strong>: 2,584 euros\/month<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Demand<\/h2>\n<p>The other ranking published by Idealista is that of the most demanded areas to rent housing. According to this study, <strong>Palma<\/strong> is the most demanded area of the Balearic Islands, in 21st place.
