The vote has been carried out in an <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"564\">extraordinary plenary session<\/strong>, in which the <strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"626\">allegations presented<\/strong> have been <strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"626\">rejected<\/strong> and the document has been approved with the <strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"700\">vote against of the opposition<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"1077\">The municipal accounts include an investment of <strong data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"799\">11.6 million euros in Public Works<\/strong>, partly financed with a <strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"866\">loan of 6.6 million euros<\/strong>. They also contemplate an increase in the <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"970\">Culture, Youth, Social Welfare and Sports<\/strong> items, with the aim of <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1074\">improving the provision of municipal services and the welfare of citizens<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"1077\">\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2025\/01\/22\/los-colores-de-okuda-san-miguel-transforman-el-casco-historico-de-sant-antoni\/\">Okuda San Miguel&#8217;s colors transform the historic center of Sant Antoni<\/a><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1154\"><strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1152\">Key investments for 2025: urban planning, sports and rehabilitation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1362\">The <strong data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1199\">mayor of Sant Antoni, Marcos Serra<\/strong>, stressed that the approved budget will allow the implementation of <strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1304\">important projects for the municipality<\/strong>, with a priority focus on the area of <strong data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1359\">Sports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1410\">Planned actions include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1794\"><strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1443\">Urbanism and Public Works<\/strong>: Creation of the <strong data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1493\">boulevard in Vara de Rey street<\/strong>, construction of the <strong data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1541\">Santa Agn\u00e8s sidewalk<\/strong>, improvement of the <strong data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1597\">area adjacent to Sant Rafel park<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1634\">Cap Negret dry dock ramp<\/strong>, demolition of the <strong data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1678\">old City Hall<\/strong>, remodeling of the <strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1740\">playground in Alicante street<\/strong> and expansion of the <strong data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1791\">Can Bonet Social Center.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"2219\"><strong data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1828\">Sports infrastructures<\/strong>: Drafting of the project for the <strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1908\">expansion of the Can Coix sports area<\/strong>, where <strong data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2012\">two soccer fields, five tennis courts and an indoor athletics track<\/strong> will be built. In addition, the <strong data-start=\"2034\" data-end=\"2086\">integral reform of the Quart\u00f3 de Portmany pavilion<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2152\">repair of roofs in the municipal sports centers<\/strong> and the construction of <strong data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2216\">bleachers in the municipal soccer field<\/strong> are planned. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2286\"><strong data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2284\">More police, housing assistance and improved services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2396\">The <strong data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2314\">2025 budget<\/strong> also contemplates a reinforcement in security and social welfare with measures such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2775\">\n<li data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2456\"><strong data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2453\">Creation of 10 new positions for the Local Police<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2545\"><strong data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2542\">Subsidies for facade rehabilitation and business grants in the West End.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2615\"><strong data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2612\">Increase in rental subsidies for people over 30 years of age<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2680\"><strong data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2677\">Increase in subsidies to sports clubs and NGOs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2775\"><strong data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2772\">Funds earmarked for the drafting of the new General Urban Development Plan (PGOU)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2851\"><strong data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2849\">95% discount on the ICIO for CEIP Guillem de Montgr\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"3319\">The <strong data-start=\"2856\" data-end=\"2882\">plenary of the City Council<\/strong> has also unanimously approved the <strong data-start=\"2921\" data-end=\"2966\">declaration of special municipal interest<\/strong> of the <strong data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"3030\">works of replacement of slats and exterior carpentry<\/strong> in the <strong data-start=\"3037\" data-end=\"3064\">CEIP Guillem de Montgr\u00ed<\/strong>, in Sant Antoni de Portmany.
