First Chicken Fair in San Miguel

San Miguel celebrates the first edition of the Fira des Poll Pagès, a day dedicated to the local chicken and traditional Ibizan cuisine. The main promenade of the village will become a meeting point for cooks, neighbors and lovers of local produce, who will share homemade recipes, creative dishes and the most authentic taste of the island.

The fair offers rations and tapas at popular prices, ideal to enjoy at noon, improvise a tapas or spend a different afternoon in a family and festive atmosphere.

Those who wish to participate with their own elaboration can register until November 25 by writing to [email protected]indicating name, telephone number, utensils to be used and the dish to be presented. Each participant will be provided with a table, basic tableware and space for cooking or plating.

A perfect date to discover traditional flavors, reconnect with the community and celebrate the value of local products in the middle of the Ibizan autumn.
