SUMMARY:Eivissa Jove Festival - Solidarity concert with Projecte Mut
DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, January 9\, 2026\, Ibiza hosts a new edition of the Eivissa Jove Festival\, a solidarity concert starring Projecte Mut within the program of Eivissa\, Ciutat del Nadal. The event will be held from 7:30 pm at the Vara de Rey envelado.  \nThe event brings together six institutes of the municipality (Consolació\, sa Real\, Isidor Macabich\, Blancadona\, sa Colomina and Santa Maria) with a solidarity objective: to raise funds to finance the end-of-year trips of students in the 4th year of ESO. During the day food and drinks will be offered\, there will be live music and a solidarity market organized by the students themselves.  \nAn event open to young people\, families and the general public\, combining music\, youth participation and social commitment in the heart of Ibiza.

DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, January 9\, 2026\, at 9:00 pm\, Ara Malikian returns to Ibiza with his show ‘Intruso’\, in a concert that will take place at the Recinte Firal of Ibiza. \nAfter his small-format performance last summer\, the Lebanese violinist returns to the island with a large-format show\, designed for 1\,000 people\, accompanied by his entire band of musicians and with a completely renewed stage content. \nWith ‘Intruso’\, Ara Malikian redefines the limits of classical music\, fusing it with sounds of popular and world music. The show is an artistic proposal that reflects on identity\, belonging and coexistence between cultures\, inviting union and mutual understanding through music.  \nTickets go on sale on Wednesday\, December 24\, 2025 from 10:00 am\, through the website of the Consell de Eivissa and eivissacultural.es.

SUMMARY:Christmas concert by María José Perete in Sant Carles
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, January 11\, the Parish Center of Sant Carles hosts the traditional Christmas concert of the Ibizan pianist María José Perete\, an event already consolidated in the cultural program of Santa Eulària des Riu. \nThe recital will begin at 19.00 hours and will be free admission until full capacity is reached. The program includes works by Koechlin\, Liszt\, Franck and Bach\, with a repertoire that covers different periods of classical music and culminates with a piece especially linked to the Christmas spirit.  \nMaría José Perete\, professor at the Conservatory of Ibiza since 2021 and with an international career as a performer and teacher\, will be the protagonist of an evening designed for both the local public and for those who visit the island at this time of the year.
