DESCRIPTION:Dates: Every Wednesday until February 4\, 2026 \nTime: From 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. \nPlace: Club de Mayores de Jesús \nFree activity (limited places) \nThe Club de Mayores de Jesús organizes the free workshop «Living as I want»\, a space for wellness and personal growth aimed at seniors who want to live more consciously and authentically. Throughout 13 sessions\, participants will work on topics such as personal motivations\, time management and the importance of respecting their own vital rhythm.  \nThe workshop is promoted by the area of Social Welfare of the City Council of Santa Eulària des Riu with the support of the Fundació «La Caixa». \nRegistration is free and can be done by calling +34 648 91 74 12 (Bienestar Social) or directly at the Club de Mayores de Jesús. \nAn ideal proposal to take care of oneself emotionally\, share experiences and strengthen wellbeing in adulthood.
