SUMMARY:Christmas in Formentera: A month of culture\, music and tradition
DESCRIPTION:From December 1st to January 5th – Formentera \nFormentera celebrates a Christmas full of cultural\, musical and family activities promoted by the Consell Insular. From December 1\, with the lighting of the lights in the Plaza de la Constitució\, until the arrival of the Three Kings on January 5\, the island offers concerts\, workshops\, cinema\, gastronomy\, shows and children’s spaces. Most of the events are free of charge.   \nProgram highlights\nDecember 1 – Plaza de la Constitució \n18:00 h – Lighting of the lighting with inclusive space. \nOpening of the Christmas Market and Santa’s Band concert. \nShow «Encenent els somnis del Nadal». \nDecember 2 – Centre Antoni Tur «Gabrielet». \n12:00 h – Inauguration of the exhibition «Joan Marí Cardona: 50 anys. 100 images». \nDecember 8 – Sant Francesc Church \n18:00 h – Performance «Camins d’història». \nDecember 13 – Christmas Market \nFrom 8:00 pm – Concerts by Ritmo de Isla\, The Island Rockers and DJ Manceboss. \nDecember 16 – Espai Cultural of Sant Ferran \n17:30 h – Cantam Nadales and chocolate. \nBeginning of the visits of the royal pages to schools. \nDecember 17th \nThe visits of the royal pages continue. \n19:00 h – Christmas Concert of the Escola de Música i Dansa (Plaza de la Constitució). \n21:00 h – «Deep Space Night + Planets» at Ses Eres Garden. \nDecember 18 – Culture Hall (Cinema) \n16:30 h and 18:30 h – Arrival of Santa Claus (with previous reservation). SUMMARY:Magical Christmas in Santa Eulària
DESCRIPTION:Santa Eulària will kick off Christmas on December 5\, with the traditional lighting of the lights of the town hall accompanied by Christmas carols performed by the Youth Band\, the Children’s Choir and the students of the Municipal School of Music. \nAt 19:00 h the Mercat de Nadal will be inaugurated in Passeig de s’Alamera\, where an artificial snowfall will mark the beginning of an expanded market that this year incorporates afternoon stalls\, workshops for adults and activities for all ages. \nThe Christmas program\, which will run until January 6\, includes more than 130 proposals between samples of Christmas carols\, the Escola de Nadal\, the classic meeting of parish choirs and novelties such as the I Concurs de Decoració Nadalenca de Balcons\, which seeks to fill the streets of the municipality with light and color. In addition\, thinking about the youth\, the Teatro España will host an early New Year’s Eve party on December 30 (18:00-22:00 h) and the Great New Year’s Eve Party on December 31.  \nThe entire program can be consulted on the website of the Ajuntament de Santa Eulària and its social networks.

The exhibition presents a series of works in which the artist explores the relationship between intention and spontaneity\, using the pictorial gesture as a tool for emotional research. Her pieces stand out for their luminosity\, the use of color in its pure state and a contained but palpable energy. A proposal that invites the public to immerse themselves in the creative process itself\, where art and life intertwine without interruption.

SUMMARY:Christmas Decoration and Illumination Contest in Ibiza
DESCRIPTION:The Eivissa Town Hall celebrates this year its first Contest of Decoration and Illumination of Balconies\, Windows\, Facades and Shop Windows\, an initiative that seeks to fill the city with Christmas atmosphere and encourage the participation of neighbors and businesses. \nRegistration is free and can be done at www.eivissaparticipa.es until December 17\, 2025\, the date by which the decorations must be installed. The jury will visit the proposals on December 18 and 19\, selecting the finalists in each category. The winners will be decided by popular vote on December 20 and 21 via the City Council’s Instagram stories. \nThe contest offers prizes of 500\, 300 and 200 euros in shopping vouchers to spend in local businesses. \nA participatory Christmas proposal that encourages residents and businesses to fill Ibiza with light and creativity\, culminating in a prize-giving ceremony open to the public in the heart of the city center.
