SUMMARY:Cycle of short films of the Ibicine Festival at Can Ventosa
DESCRIPTION:The Ibiza Film Festival Ibicine celebrates the ninth edition of its short film series with weekly screenings at Can Ventosa\, in Ibiza town\, from January 7 to February 11\, 2026. \nThe sessions are held every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.\, with doors opening at 6:15 p.m.\, and are followed by a colloquium in which the projected works are discussed. \nIn this cycle\, 45 selected short films from more than 26 countries will be screened\, including 9 Balearic productions and several titles that are candidates for the Goya Awards 2026. Each day revolves around a different theme\, addressing highly topical social and creative issues.  \nTicket price: 6 euros per session. In addition to enjoying the screenings\, the public will be able to vote for their favorite short films\, which will be eligible for the festival awards.  \nThis cycle is part of the Ibicine program\, whose festival and industry days will be held from April 8 to 11\, 2026\, with the Astarté Awards Gala on April 11\, 2026.

This year\, the City Council incorporates an outstanding novelty: the new accessible letters to Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men\, available for download on the municipal website\, designed so that all children can write their wishes without barriers.  \nAmong the central spaces of the program are the Fair of Attractions in Sa Joveria (November 21 – January 11)\, the Christmas Market in Vara de Rey ( November 29 – January 6)\, the Gastronomic Market\, the Santa Claus Solidarity House and the traditional Bethlehem of Sant Elm (December 8 – January 7). The exhibition includes works by twenty artists\, among them Josep Marí\, Antoni Pomar\, Narcís Puget Riquer\, Mario Stafforini and José Manuel Chico Prats. The proposal allows rediscovering spaces of the island from different perspectives and artistic stages. During the month of February\, the hall will be closed for renovations.

SUMMARY:Magical Christmas in Ibiza: more than 50 days of activities for the whole family
DESCRIPTION:Dates: November 21\, 2025 to January 11\, 2026 \nVenue: Various spaces in the municipality of Ibiza (Vara de Rey\, Parque Reina Sofía\, Sa Joveria\, squares\, churches and cultural centers). \nIbiza once again becomes The City of Christmas\, with more than seven weeks of free proposals that include music\, workshops\, shows\, markets\, fairs and activities for all ages. This year\, the City Council incorporates an outstanding novelty: the new accessible letters to Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men\, available for download on the municipal website\, designed so that all children can write their wishes without barriers.  \nAmong the central spaces of the program are the Fair of Attractions in Sa Joveria (November 21 – January 11)\, the Christmas Market in Vara de Rey ( November 29 – January 6)\, the Gastronomic Market\, the Santa Claus Solidarity House and the traditional Bethlehem of Sant Elm (December 8 – January 7).
