La jornada combinará la elaboración en directo del tradicional arroz de matanzas con música en vivo durante todo el día\, animación itinerante y un amplio recorrido festivo por el corazón del municipio. \nComo novedades\, el certamen incorpora premios en metálico para los mejores arroces y la presentación del himno oficial del concurso\, además de mantener su vertiente solidaria\, con recaudación a beneficio de la Asociación Pitiusa de Ayuda a Afectados de Cáncer (APAAC). En escena participan una narradora\, el Coro de San José\, actores del Grupo de Teatro del IEE\, siete músicos\, dos sopranos y un tenor\, combinando tonadas de música ibicenca con dos arias compuestas especialmente para esta producción.

DESCRIPTION:The Ibiza Film Festival Ibicine celebrates the ninth edition of its short film series with weekly screenings at Can Ventosa\, in Ibiza town\, from January 7 to February 11\, 2026. \nThe sessions are held every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.\, with doors opening at 6:15 p.m.\, and are followed by a colloquium in which the projected works are discussed. \nIn this cycle\, 45 selected short films from more than 26 countries will be screened\, including 9 Balearic productions and several titles that are candidates for the Goya Awards 2026. Each day revolves around a different theme\, addressing highly topical social and creative issues.  \nTicket price: 6 euros per session. In addition to enjoying the screenings\, the public will be able to vote for their favorite short films\, which will be eligible for the festival awards.  \nThis cycle is part of the Ibicine program\, whose festival and industry days will be held from April 8 to 11\, 2026\, with the Astarté Awards Gala on April 11\, 2026.
