El objetivo de esta obra es conseguir aliviar la congestión del tráfico que sale del aeropuerto gracias a la construcción de un segundo carril de salida a dicha rotonda desde el sur, con un bypass a la misma por el sudeste.

The objective of this project is to alleviate traffic congestion leaving the airport through the construction of a second exit lane to the traffic circle from the south, with a bypass to the southeast.
