Una vez finalizada la tramitación, en 48 horas Urbanismo del Consell de Formentera redactó informe jurídico obligatorio de 10 páginas, la propuesta de acuerdo, lo llevó por vía de urgencia a una Junta de Gobierno a la que no pudo asistir el presidente y aprobó la concesión de la licencia al nuevo proyecto de Juan Manuel Costa Escanellas ‘Paya’ en el restaurante Caminito, un plazo inusualmente bajo en comparación a otros expedientes
