The Public Prosecutor’s Office has filed a complaint against the administrators of Marina de Formentera at the request of the Port Authority.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed to La Voz de Ibiza that a lawsuit was filed for embezzlement of public funds, disobedience and usurpation for having squatted for almost five months in port facilities without a license.
