En su sentencia señala que esta obligación «no se considera compatible con el derecho a la libertad de empresa ni supera el canon de necesidad, adecuación y proporcionalidad» exigido por ley.

In Formentera four pateras were detected with 70 people on board, while in Ibiza three other boats were intercepted with 32 people.
