The study of detail approved by the previous government of GxF and PSOE extends the surface area of the hotels and facilitates a change of location for the future luxury hotel of 174 beds with which they manage to «provide the rooms with large terraces, without increasing the maximum authorized use» at the expense of a smaller private free space.

El estudio de detalle aprobado por el anterior gobierno de GxF y PSOE amplía la superficie de los hoteles y facilita un cambio de ubicación para el futuro hotel de lujo de 174 plazas con los que logran «dotar a las habitaciones de amplias terrazas, sin que ello suponga un aumento del aprovechamiento máximo autorizado» a costa de un menor espacio libre privado
