Decree Law 3/2024, published in May, marked the beginning of the urban amnesty promised by the PP to regularize illegal constructions. After its parliamentary processing, the Balearic Government added to the final text, which became Law 7/2024 and was published in December, significant modifications at the proposal of Vox that give more possibilities to take advantage of this extraordinary process.
