The company Nordaker Internacional SL has filed an administrative appeal against the denial of licenses in Vista Alegre by the City Council of Sant Josep considering the decision arbitrary: «It is not logical nor does it seem fair that until now licenses have been given in the situation in which the urbanization was and suddenly stop being given».
