Álvaro García Ortiz has an open case for an alleged crime of disclosure of secrets.

It will be submitted to a vote at the Extraordinary General Assembly, scheduled for next Saturday, February 8.

The former concessionaires had filed an appeal requesting the «withdrawal of the bidding process», alleging, among other things, that the concession title obliged them to dismantle the structures every year for a minimum of one month, when the specifications also require them to work every weekend.
