In 2024, more than 5,800 people arrived in small boats in the Balearic Islands, tripling the previous year’s figure.
El anuncio fue hecho por Marga Prohens durante el Pleno del Parlament. Del total de embarcaciones PortsIB, 12 se destinarán a vigilancia en los puertos y 10 en la zona litoral.
The announcement was made by Marga Prohens during the plenary session of the Parliament. Of the total number of PortsIB vessels, 12 will be used for surveillance in the ports and 10 in the coastal area.
