Unemployment falls by 6.6% in Ibiza and 1.7% in Formentera, marking the best January on record in the Pitiusas Islands.

The first month of 2025 was the second warmest January since 1961, with above-normal temperatures and well below average precipitation.

Together with Ceuta, it is one of the two autonomous communities where unemployment figures have fallen in the first month of the year.
