La Agrupación de Autotaxis de las Islas Baleares, representada por Joan Marí Riera, critica la ambigüedad de la iniciativa del Ejecutivo autonómico. Cuestiona que no quedan claras las competencias en materia de tarifas y de gestión de servicios que tienen tanto el Govern como el Consell. “Es importante que tengamos claro quién se va a hacer cargo de crear una tarifa, despejar dudas, crear regímenes o recibir denuncias”, señala.

Juan Manuel Lafuente, conseller del Mar y Ciclo del Agua, dijo esta mañana en el Parlament que el Govern obligará a cumplir la concesión, el Reglamento de Costas y la ley. No hay resquicio para no desmontar y la consecuencia es la caducidad de la concesión.
