The exhibition «Artists and Artisans of Recycling» brings together more than 20 creators from the four islands and highlights the potential of arts and crafts to promote the circular economy in the archipelago.

From Biscay to Chile, Liguria, Bordeaux and California: a dozen projects explore underwater aging as a way to obtain wines with intense aromas, silky tannins and saline nuances.

The proposal is to sink watertight capsules to a depth of 15 meters to ferment the wine for four months a year in Cala Roja. The file, now in public information, includes an «ecological» anchoring system on sand and guided tours of recreational diving.
