El Gobierno ha propuesto una subida salarial del 11% para los funcionarios entre 2025 y 2028, pero las tensiones se concentran en el corto plazo. Aunque se abonará un 2,5% con efectos retroactivos desde enero, los sindicatos consideran insuficiente el techo del 4% previsto para 2026.
The government has proposed an 11% salary increase for civil servants between 2025 and 2028, but tensions are concentrated in the short term. Although 2.5% will be paid retroactively from January, the unions consider the 4% ceiling planned for 2026 to be insufficient.
