El Ayuntamiento define por primera vez los criterios de esterilización, reubicación y sacrificio humanitario, así como las áreas donde no se permitirán colonias felinas y el papel que tendrán voluntarios, técnicos y entidades ambientales en la ejecución y seguimiento del plan.

The City Council defines for the first time the criteria for sterilization, relocation and humane culling, as well as the areas where cat colonies will not be allowed and the role that volunteers, technicians and environmental entities will have in the implementation and monitoring of the plan.
