The Provincial Court of Palma holds this week the preliminary hearings of two different processes for crimes of assault and sexual abuse committed in Ibiza. In both cases, the prosecution requests four-year prison sentences for the accused.

Flor Bollini’s lawyer asks that all those present that night be summoned as investigated and appeals the opening order of the judge of Instruction number 2 of Ibiza as they were not «the investigative measures that we had requested».
