La sentencia obliga al Govern a valorar de nuevo las 600 licencias sin tener en cuenta el ratio anulado por los tribunales y señala que la moratoria balear no frena estos expedientes, justo cuando se debate el nuevo reglamento autonómico.
The ruling obliges the Government to re-evaluate the 600 licenses without taking into account the ratio annulled by the courts and points out that the Balearic moratorium does not stop these cases, just when the new regional regulations are being debated.
