The Public Prosecutor’s Office has filed a complaint against the administrators of Marina de Formentera at the request of the Port Authority.
Desde la Fiscalía han confirmado a La Voz de Ibiza que se interpuso querella por malversación de caudales públicos, desobediencia y usurpación por haber okupado durante casi cinco meses instalaciones portuarias sin título habilitante.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed to La Voz de Ibiza that a lawsuit was filed for embezzlement of public funds, disobedience and usurpation for having squatted for almost five months in port facilities without a license.
During the 2022 summer season, Ángel Bustos’ company squatted the facilities without a license after losing the public tender to Port Med Formentera.

Los primeros movimientos de la APB así lo parecen indicar dado que en lugar de hacer una concesión a largo plazo tal como había prometido para la dársena la Poniente, ha aprobado una prórroga de ocupación temporal hasta octubre. Falta por saber qué harán con la dársena de Levante, que acaba en enero próximo.
The first movements of the APB seem to indicate this, since instead of making a long-term concession as promised for the Poniente dock, it has approved a temporary extension of occupation until October. It remains to be seen what they will do with the Levante dock, which ends next January.
