The woman, initially admitted to the ICU of the Can Misses Hospital, was stabilized by the local medical team before being transferred by helicopter to the neighboring island.
Four other people, three slightly injured and one less seriously injured, were taken to the Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario. All were slightly injured with polytraumatisms and were discharged: a 35 year-old Spanish woman, two Italian men aged 50 and 33 and a 40 year-old Italian woman.
The accident occurred on the EI-781 highway, which connects Sant Josep with the Ibiza airport. It was at kilometer 4, about 50 meters from the turnoff to the airfield.
The head-on collision involved a Porsche Cayenne, with five passengers, and a Fiat Panda driven by a woman alone. Upon impact, both vehicles were thrown off, knocking down a block wall approximately six meters long.

]]>The incident mobilized two roadside rescue teams from Grúas Ibiza, who went to the scene at around 12 noon on Sunday to perform rescue maneuvers. With the help of a boom crane, the vehicle was lifted from the drop of approximately one and a half meters deep. After being recovered, the Hyundai Santa Fe was moved to a safe place where it was unlocked for inspection and towing. Immediate care of the injured
The motorcyclist was treated at the scene by a medical team and, after being stabilized, was transferred on a stretcher to the Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario. Although the injuries have not been officially detailed, it is known that the man remained conscious at the time of his admission. On the other hand, the driver was not injured and cooperated with the agents to clarify what happened. The accident caused traffic to be cut off on the avenue for about ten minutes, causing minor traffic jams. However, thanks to the quick intervention of the officers, the traffic was completely restored in less than half an hour.
