La entrada The Invisa hotel chain adds a new resort in Ibiza: it redoubles its commitment to family tourism se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>This is the Invisa Hotel Casa Luis, a four-star facility that combines hotel and tourist apartments under the same proposal, as it also integrates Casa Luis by Invisa Apartments, which offers a more versatile accommodation alternative for groups and families.
The new tourist complex, already operational as confirmed by the hotel chain itself on its website, offers studios and apartments for up to six people, in an environment designed for family tourism.

Invisa has presented the new addition as a space that allows «the whole family to enjoy an unforgettable vacation together in Ibiza».
Located in one of the most peaceful surroundings of the municipality, the Invisa Hotel Casa Luis is located in Santa Eulària, just a few minutes from the promenade and the beach. As the hotel chain itself details on its website, the establishment seeks to offer «an unparalleled vacation experience» to those who value calm, nature and access to local points of interest, with a full-service approach and family atmosphere.
The hotel shares spacious facilities with the apartment area and offers the usual services of a four-star hotel: restaurant, common areas, swimming pools and personalized attention.

The incorporation of this complex in Santa Eulària is part of the local expansion process of the Invisa group, which reinforces its presence in the Ibizan tourist market, betting on consolidating its presence on the island through new openings and acquisitions of large facilities that allow it to cater to a family and multigenerational visitor profile.
In total, Invisa already owns nine tourist options on the island: Es Figueral Beach, Invisa Figueral Resort, Invisa Hotel Club Cala Verde, Invisa Hotel Club Cala Blanca in Vila; Invisa Hotel La Cala, Invisa Hotel Casa Luis, Apartamento Casa Luis by Invisa in Santa Eulària; Invisa Hotel Es Pla in Sant Antoni; and Invisa Hotel Ereso in es Canar Beach.
On its website, it remarks that «at Invisa Hotels we offer you the perfect accommodation for your vacations in Ibiza, from our hotels in one of the most popular party areas of Ibiza, San Antonio, to family hotels in Playa d’Es Figueral and Playa Es Canar. We also offer you hotels where you can enjoy a vacation with your partner or friends in Playa de Santa Eulalia».
Invisa also maintains a presence in Madrid (Ac Carlton) and Barcelona (Ac Som).
One of the latest works of Invisa Hotels has been the complete refurbishment of the Hotel Es Pla de Sant Antoni, as part of a repositioning strategy in the accommodation market as adult only.
Thus, it became a four-star hotel in order to attract a more international clientele and improve the quality of the tourist product in the area.
Compared to last year, when the three in Santa Eulària were available, there is only one hotel in the Imerso senior travel program: Invisa Figueral Resort.

]]>La entrada How money moves in modern roulette: methods that are gaining ground se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>Not all real money online roulette payment methods are the same. Some are fast but expensive, others are cheap but slow. In the roulette world, the ideal is to find options that combine three key things: speed, reliability and low cost. If you can make a deposit in seconds and collect your winnings almost instantly, it is much easier to concentrate on enjoying the game.
In addition, online casinos also have to worry about complying with regulations such as KYC. This means that not all «modern» methods fit. The ones gaining ground are those that allow some control, but without complicating the player’s life. In this context, systems such as digital wallets and agile cryptocurrencies are setting the pace.
To know what’s really working, it’s not enough to look at well-known names. You have to understand how these methods behave when it comes to real payouts: how long they take, how much they cost and how comfortable they are for the average roulette player.
| Method | Withdrawal time | Estimated cost | Roulette usage level |
| Cards with quick withdrawal | 10-20 minutes | 2-4% | Very common |
| E-wallets (Skrill, PayPal) | 1-24 hours | 1-2% | Widely used |
| Instant transfers | Seconds | Under | Rising |
| Bitcoin (on-chain) | Up to 1 hour | Under | High participation |
| Lightning, DOGE, SOL | <1 minute | Minimum | Very popular |
| Ethereum (mainnet) | 1-5 minutes | Variable gas | Growing |
| Stablecoins (USDT, USDC) | 1-2 minutes | Very low | Increasing usage |
The trend is clear: methods that offer withdrawals in minutes are displacing traditional ones. This makes sense. In a session where you spin the wheel 200 times, being able to cash out in a couple of clicks changes the whole experience.
For years, talk of cryptocurrencies in roulette sounded niche. But that has changed. Now, many platforms allow the use of dozens of digital currencies, and some handle more than 80% of their total volume in crypto. The most interesting thing is not how many coins they accept, but which ones players actually use.
One thing that worries many is volatility. You can win at roulette, but if your coin loses value in half an hour, the result is not so sweet. That’s why real money online roulette players are betting heavily on stablecoins. USDT and USDC allow you to play calmly, without worrying about sudden ups and downs.
In addition, many casinos already act as small exchange houses. You can deposit in 50 different currencies, but internally they convert everything to a small group like BTC, ETH or a stablecoin. That simplifies the game and also helps the operator keep everything under control.
Bitcoin is still number one in global volume, but it is not always the fastest. Players place a high value on immediacy, and that’s where coins like Solana, Litecoin or Dogecoin shine. Some can confirm a transaction in less than 10 seconds and with fees of less than a penny.
In intense sessions, that speed matters. No one wants to wait an hour to see their balance reflected. In addition, many sites use solutions such as Lightning or internal balances so that the user sees their money «instantly», even if the transaction is still in progress.
Although cryptocurrencies are growing fast, there are still many who prefer the classic methods. And the truth is that they have also improved. Today, you can already receive direct withdrawals to your card in less than 15 minutes. Wallets like Skrill or PayPal are still going strong because they combine well-known brand with acceptable speed.
According to Roulette77, an online roulette expert site, these methods account for 60% to 70% of deposits in some markets. In addition, more and more platforms allow instant local bank transfers, such as PIX or iDEAL, which complete payments in seconds and with very low error rates.
Here is a list of traditional methods that are still relevant, but adapted to the current pace of the game:
Players no longer accept to wait three days to see their money. Platforms that want to stand out will have to offer almost immediate payouts, in currencies that don’t lose value along the way, and with tools that make the process simple from the first click.
Some crypto sites already highlight withdrawals on DOGE that are completed in less than a minute. And the same goes for Lightning BTC or networks like Solana. This difference may seem small, but for someone who has played 300 spins in one night, being able to cash out in seconds changes everything.

]]>La entrada Texas Hold’em beginner tips from 226Poker se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>Texas Hold’em in Spain is a variant of community card poker in which each player receives two hole cards and tries to form the best possible five-card hand by combining his hole cards with the five community cards. The action consists of four phases: preflop (the initial deal and bets), flop (three cards), turn (fourth card) and river (fifth card), with bets after each phase.
Two alternating mandatory bets – the small blind and the big blind – start the action. On your turn, you can fold, check, bet, call or raise. You win when everyone else folds or shows the best hand in the showdown. Now, the hierarchy of hands: from the royal flush to the highest card. Learn the rhythm of the game first; strategy will develop naturally later.
To master these concepts, practice is essential. 226Poker poker online offers a dynamic platform where you can apply these beginner tips in a real-world playing environment, without the pressure of high stakes. Whether you’re looking to perfect your preflop strategy, improve your postflop reading or simply familiarize yourself with the rhythm of the game, 226Poker provides you with the tools and community to help you progress – start your journey with us and turn theoretical knowledge into winning habits!
«Position» refers to the time at which you act in relation to others. Acting later gives you more information, cheaper bluffs and higher value bets. The button (BTN) acts last postflop and is the most profitable position; play with a wide range in that position. The cutoff (CO) can attack frequently, especially if the button is conservative.
The hijack (HJ) is still a strong position, but requires a little more discipline. Lojack (LJ) and Under the Gun (UTG) are starting positions; ranges must be tighter because many players act later. In the blinds, you have invested chips, but you face tricky postflop situations out of position; defend selectively with hands that have good play. Rule of thumb: early position = tighter range; late position = wider and more aggressive range, especially against weak opponents.
Consider poker as a game of skill with variance. Set aside a bankroll exclusively for poker: money you can afford to lose without stress. For cash games, keep between 20 and 40 full buy-ins for your level of play (e.g., €1/€2 with a €200 buy-in → a bankroll of €4000 to €8000). In tournaments, the variance is greater; try to have 50 to 100 entries or more. Set stop-loss and stop-win rules to avoid tilt and choose levels where losing some entries will not affect your decisions.
Track results, not just sessions, and reduce your fund when it falls below a level you are comfortable with. Never try to recoup losses, lend your money or mix it with your expenses. Disciplined money management protects you from losing streaks and helps you play at your best.
Use tighter ranges at the beginning and wider ranges on the button. To start quickly:
Raise first with hands from your range table; avoid the limp. Against raises, 3-bet with premium pairs and AK/AQ; call with playable hands of the same suit when your stack and position allow. Retreat with marginal hands with no club, especially out of position. This simple scheme avoids costly preflop mistakes.
Start by thinking about position first. Open when you are the first to enter with hands from your range table: more conservative at the beginning, more open at the end. Use a consistent opening size (e.g., 2-2.5 times the big blind online; 2.5-3 times live). Call when you have hands that play well in multiple players or give you equity in position (same suit connectors, hand pairs, strong same suit aces), especially against small openings. Avoid calling without much precision out of position. 3-bet for value with premium hands (AA-QQ, AK) and add some late position same suit bluffs against players who open frequently.
Hold back with weak unpaired hands that complicate the game: dominated aces, king-low, disconnected junk cards. When facing a raise and a draw, play more conservatively: your hand needs to be more playable. Always consider the depth of the stack: shorter stacks favor high card strength; longer stacks reward hands of the same suit and connected. Leave emotions aside; your rule of thumb should be «fold until there is a clear reason not to».
Start by classifying the table: dry (A
7
2
), semi-wet (Q
9
4
), or wet (J
T
9
). Dry tables favor the range of the player who raised pre-flop; small continuation bets work well. Wet tables hurt those who called; bet harder with value and be selective with bluffs. Ask yourself: who has the range advantage; who has the most threes/double pairs/best possible hand?
With top pair, focus on the kicker and vulnerability; with top pair, watch out for hands in multiplayer play. For projects, count outs and plan ahead: call with check-call with good equity, make semi-bluffs when folds are plausible and avoid chasing hopelessly.
Increase the bet size in dynamic turns; reduce it if you have nothing to do. In position, control the size of the pot and take free cards when the odds don’t favor you. Out of position, simplify: bet for value with your strong hands, check and fold with weak hands with nothing to do, and combine check-raises with premium draws. Each street should have a purpose: to extract value, to deny equity or to realize yours.

]]>La entrada Guide to discover the island of Ibiza and get the best hotel offers se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>Ibiza is a versatile destination, ideal both for those seeking relaxation on hidden beaches and for those who want to explore its craft markets, enjoy outdoor activities or live a leisurely family getaway. It is also perfect for couples and groups of friends, thanks to the diversity of experiences offered throughout the year.
In this article, we will share practical tips to make the most of a stay on the island, discover some of its most special corners and, above all, find cheap hotels in Ibiza that fit our budget and travel style.
To easily access good deals and compare updated options, a very useful tool is to consult platforms such as Amimir.com, where you can find competitive prices, verified accommodations and flexible cancellation options.
When planning, it is advisable to book in advance, especially if the visit coincides with the summer months, when demand is high. Advance booking usually makes a significant difference in the final price.
It is also advisable to evaluate various areas of the island, since staying in less touristy spots can be more economical, without losing comfort or charm. During the low season (spring and autumn), we can find options with an excellent quality-price ratio.
On the other hand, it is always important to check reviews from other travelers, check the distance to beaches or places of interest and additional services such as breakfast, swimming pool or parking, which will help us to make an informed decision.
Ibiza is much more than its nightlife, with its coves, such as Cala Comte, Cala d’Hort or Cala Bassa, which are authentic postcards of white sand and transparent waters where you can enjoy a quiet swim or a day in the sun with your family.
For those who prefer the charm of Mediterranean villages, the island offers corners such as Santa Gertrudis, with cafes and craft stores, or Sant Joan, ideal for visiting its weekend market. In its urban heart, Ibiza city seduces with the walls of Dalt Vila, declared a World Heritage Site, its cobbled streets and restaurants with Mediterranean essence.
To disconnect, the areas of Talamanca, Cala Tarida or Portinatx offer beachfront hotels with incredible views and direct access to the sea. A perfect option to enjoy the scenery without having to travel.
The interior of Ibiza is a haven of calm, where agritourism and boutique hotels, among almond groves and Mediterranean forests, allow for a more intimate experience, surrounded by nature and tradition.
Staying in one of the many hotels in Ibiza town or Sant Antoni is ideal to combine beach, shopping, cultural offer and an excellent connection with the rest of the island. In addition, they are areas with a great variety of services and gastronomic options.

]]>One such example is the company whose information can be found at the link Uri Poliavich. His philosophy demonstrates that business can be responsible: not to run after quantity, but to go for quality, honesty and respect for the user. In a fast-paced world, such an approach is already a rarity… and that is precisely why it is so valuable.
This company stands out because it focuses on real needs, not on «checking boxes» or launching another version just to fill a catalog. Every detail – the shape, the materials, the ergonomics – is designed so that the product does not create discomfort, but simplifies life. Comfortable, durable and practical for everyday use.
Today’s consumers are much more attentive. They want to know why a product deserves their trust, understand what is behind its price and how it guarantees stability. This is where the scientific approach ceases to be an ornament and becomes the foundation.
When a company analyzes data, tests its solutions and studies how materials and mechanisms behave in real conditions, the margin for error decreases dramatically. It’s like comparing improvised forecasts with evidence-based calculations: the difference is immense.
The user feels it too. Such a product operates with greater stability, lasts longer and does not fail at decisive moments. In an increasingly unpredictable world, this feeling of reliability becomes almost a treasure.
Modern competition is no longer about «who is cheaper», but «who is more reliable». And the winners are those who are not afraid to dig deeper: to investigate, check, correct and think one step further.
Observing how Uri Poliavich’s team works, it is easy to identify several pillars that support the final quality:
That is why the user feels something rare but very valuable: that they thought about it before, even before imagining the first version of the product.
At first glance, a reliable object looks like just that: an object. But in reality it means much more. It represents tranquility, firmness, stability.
When you know that something will not fail you, that little anxiety that usually lurks in the back of your mind disappears. And in times when everything changes too fast, that absence of worry is almost a luxury.
A good product integrates into the routine as a silent ally. It doesn’t get in the way, it doesn’t demand attention. It just works. And that’s exactly the kind of relationship the company seeks to create between its products and people.
The company’s products will be especially valuable for:
We live in an era in which the human being is once again at the center. Companies that understand this gain trust much faster than others.
Uri Poliavich’s team proves that reliability is not a coincidence. It is the result of attention, honest work, solid materials and a deep respect for the people who will use the product.
Thanks to this philosophy, their solutions feel not only technological, but also human, close and trustworthy. And that is precisely why they set trends: they remind us that technology should serve the human being, and not the other way around.

]]>La entrada Coral Star Ibiza will open in 2026: how is the innovative bet on family tourism? se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>With a «play is mandatory» approach, the initiative redefines the way family tourism is experienced in Ibiza.
Coral Star Ibiza has been conceived as a modern and relaxed space. Its aesthetic incorporates natural materials, light colors and a strong presence of Mediterranean light, creating an environment that transmits creative energy and well-being.
The project is part of the portfolio of OD Group, the company responsible for other well-known establishments on the island, which continues its expansion with a proposal focused on the family public.

The resort will offer family rooms and apartments, allowing each type of family to choose their own vacation pace.
Hotel options include categories such as Superior, Junior Suite, Studio and Studio Terrace, with sunny terraces, king-size beds and decor in soft tones.

Some units will have a kitchen and direct access to the pool, ideal for those seeking more autonomy.
On the other hand, the apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, dining room and living room, ideal for long stays or for those who prefer to cook with the family. Both alternatives maintain an aesthetic coherent with the general design of the complex: minimalism, light and functionality.
Every corner of the hotel has been designed to encourage family togetherness and creativity.
The lobby serves as a relaxed meeting point, while the Kids Club (ages 3 to 12) is a space where children can paint, play or create imaginary worlds. «You don’t leave the children here, you play with them,» is one of the hotel’s mottos.
The complex will also include three separate pools: one for adults, one for families and a Splash Park for children, designed to enjoy the sun and water together.

In addition, teenagers between the ages of 12 and 17 will have their own spaces to socialize, read or disconnect from screens.
While the little ones participate in activities, adults can relax or stay active in spaces such as the gym with natural light or a comfortable and quiet work area. The latter is designed for those who need to connect during their stay.

Beyond accommodation, Coral Star Ibiza offers a holiday lifestyle that celebrates shared moments: breakfasts by the pool, impromptu games or sunsets in the lounge. Everything is designed to offer a brighter, more accessible and authentic version of Ibiza.
With its opening scheduled for June 2026, Coral Star Ibiza aims to become a benchmark for family tourism on the island.

]]>La entrada The new era of video: how technology works in the dark se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>We live in a fascinating time: video has become the new universal language. We use it to teach, to laugh, to remember or to inspire. From a trip to Ibiza to a family recipe, everything can be transformed into a short visual story.
For a long time, technology was synonymous with difficulty. It seemed like something reserved for experts, full of incomprehensible buttons and endless manuals. But little by little it changed its face. Today, digital tools feel closer, intuitive and, above all, accessible.
A good example is Clideo, a free video editor that has conquered thousands of users precisely because of its simplicity. It allows you to cut, merge, add music or text without installing anything, directly from the browser. In a few clicks, an idea becomes a video ready to share.
And in that everyday gesture -editing a clip on the mobile, adjusting the music, playing with colors- technology stops being cold and becomes human.
Editing a video is not just about moving fragments on a timeline. It’s a way of thinking, of ordering the world and making sense of it. Every cut, every pause, every transition tells something about who is behind the camera.
Today millions of people use video to express themselves: from creators on TikTok to teachers who explain their subjects with clarity and emotion. Editing has become a form of cultural communication. And platforms like Clideo make it possible, because they put the creative power in the hands of everyone.
We no longer need big equipment to create something great. Cell phones are truly portable laboratories. With them we record, edit and publish without relying on cables or heavy software.
Clideo’s application, available in the App Storetakes this idea even further: editing a video while waiting for a flight or having a coffee by the sea is no longer a fantasy, it is part of everyday life.
The most interesting thing about this revolution is not only the technology, but what it represents. Video is no longer a privilege. It used to be an expensive, technical and limited format. Today it is a common, free and global language.
This accessibility multiplies not only the amount of content, but also the diversity of voices. We hear stories from different cultures, from real people, told from their own perspectives. And in a world full of digital noise, that’s invaluable.
The future of audiovisual creation continues to unfold. The tools will become more and more intelligent, yes, but what really matters will continue to be human: the story, the emotion, the look.
And that’s where platforms like Clideo make the difference. Because it’s not just about technology, it’s about creativity, it’s about freedom, it’s about the possibility for anyone to say: «I made this myself».
Video no longer belongs only to the experts. It is part of how we communicate, how we learn and how we remember. Thanks to accessible tools like Clideo, creativity has become everyday, accessible and, above all, human.
And perhaps that is the real change of our time: not only to look at the world, but also to learn how to tell it.

]]>This Friday the confirmation has arrived that finally the Basque consortium headed by Sidenor and in which the Basque Government, BBK and Vital also participate, is the option chosen by the British fund to exit Talgo’s capital.
Today, Sidenor, based in the Biscay town of Basauri, is a leader in the production of special long steels, as well as an important supplier of calibration products in the European market.
The company has production centers in the Basque Country, Cantabria and Catalonia, as well as sales offices in Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.
According to its Sustainability Report, Sidenor had a workforce of 1,840 people at the end of 2023 and a turnover of close to 1,000 million (938 million).
Its current president, José Antonio Jainaga, headed in 2016 an operation that returned Sidenor to the Basque capital, after having been in the hands of the Brazilian multinational Gerdau. Gerdau sold Sidenor to Clerbil SL, an investment group made up of local managers of the company and headed by the one who was its CEO -Jainaga-.
Sidenor’s last operation before Talgo was the acquisition in December of last year of Eplus, a Catalan company specialized in industrial scrap.
Sidenor itself indicated that this acquisition of Eplus was part of its commitment to sustainable growth and the consolidation of its industrial group.
This was not Sidenor’s first acquisition in this sector, since in 2024 it had already acquired Miguel Martín, a scrap metal company based in Fuenlabrada, Madrid and, previously, in 2022 it bought Aguilar Metal Recycling-AMR, specialized in industrial scrap and located in Sagunto (Valencia).
This growth strategy has also led it to develop other operations such as the acquisition in 2022 of Mecanizados de Cremalleras de Dirección – MCD, an automotive auxiliary production company in Vitoria, Álava, as well as eight photovoltaic parks in Catalonia in 2023.

]]>«In order to achieve an orderly restructuring of Telefónica del Perú’s liabilities, the Board of Directors of Telefónica del Perú has agreed today to submit Telefónica del Perú to the ordinary insolvency proceedings established in Peruvian law. Telefónica del Perú’s application to such bankruptcy proceeding is aimed at the financial restructuring and restructuring of its operations within the applicable bankruptcy legal framework», states the text sent to the CNMV.
In this context, Telefónica Hispanoamérica has granted a goodwill facility to the Peruvian subsidiary of up to 1,549 million Peruvian soles, around 400 million euros at current exchange rates, for a period of 18 months.
The purpose of the credit line granted by Telefónica Hispam to the Peruvian subsidiary is to maintain operations and to be able to reach a solution, although the funds will only cover operating cash needs.
Telefónica Perú has stressed that the filing for bankruptcy proceedings is mainly due to the financial and administrative situation that the subsidiary has been going through for two decades due to its controversies with the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) in the country.
«As is publicly known, Telefónica del Perú’s financial situation has been very negatively affected by tax contingencies that are more than 20 years old, as well as by administrative decisions that have placed the company at a competitive disadvantage in a particularly challenging market environment,» adds the statement sent to the CNMV.
«In relation to the aforementioned tax contingencies, Telefónica is currently in arbitration before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID),» he adds.
On the other hand, the company stressed that Telefónica Perú’s liabilities «are not guaranteed by any other entity of the Telefónica group» and that it will continue to «explore strategic alternatives» for its subsidiary in the South American country, such as, for example, a possible sale.
In this regard, the entry of Telefónica Perú into bankruptcy proceedings does not imply a suspension of services or an immediate liquidation.
«The company will continue to provide uninterrupted service to its more than 13 million customers in urban and rural areas of Peru,» the subsidiary said in a statement.
«After evaluating different alternatives to ensure the financial stability of the company, we came to the conclusion that voluntarily entering into the PCO (insolvency proceedings) is the best way to protect the provision of telecommunications services to Peruvians. We are focused, together with employees and suppliers, on guaranteeing the long-term permanence of Telefónica del Perú (…) by fulfilling our regulatory commitments,» said Elena Maestre, executive president of Telefónica Perú.
The company has also informed that it has hired the services of the financial advisory firm Kroll to organize the process and, in fact, a member of this firm will join the team as Restructuring Director.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Programme has more than 30 years of international history and is published for the first time in Spain, highlighting companies with a sustained evolution in the last four years.
The inclusion of Neobookings in this select group highlights its contribution to the modernization of the hotel sector, providing digital solutions that optimize the management and profitability of accommodations.

The hotel will replace The Ushuaïa Tower after a series of renovations that will seek to create «a new space characterized by innovative design, VIP services, amazing entertainment and unique experiences.» The campaign, which kicked off on January 23 in the company’s own media and will be launched in these three markets starting Monday, is aimed at «discerning travelers who seek the extraordinary, without sacrificing luxury, and challenges them to break barriers, embrace the forbidden, live the extraordinary and explore their most unexpected desires from the very moment they check in,» they add.Do Your Don’ts‘ will be promoted digitally and in print, outdoor advertising, TV, streaming platforms and social media, featuring claims such as «Sorrybabe, my battery was dead» or«The best souvenir ofIbizais remorse» to highlight the new hotel brand’s «unique, daring and unexpected experiences».

]]>This project aims to reposition the hotel under the standards of the prestigious NH Collection brand, marking a milestone in the island’s tourism sector. It will have 38 rooms and suites, with privileged views of the port of Vila and the old town. The initiative contemplates a significant investment to modernize its facilities, respecting the essence of the building, while enhancing both the quality of its services and its overall attractiveness. As Aleix Recasens, founding partner of AX Partners, explained to Revista Hostelería, «the Sir Joan has been a reference in design and location in the city of Ibiza, we acquired it with the aim of boosting its returns from the hand of a reference brand and a stronger contract«. In addition, he added that «we have chosen NH Collection because of its solvency and ability to manage premium hotels in iconic destinations while maximizing the efficiency of its hotels, as well as its expertise in successfully managing leisure and restaurant offerings». The chief executive officer of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, Gonzalo Aguilar, said, «The entry of our NH Collection brand into the Balearic Islands tourism market is excellent news. We will also position ourselves with an emblematic asset that will strengthen both our presence in Spain as a whole and our offer in a key location for our main outbound markets in the rest of Europe. It is also a significant milestone that coincides with the tenth anniversary of our NH Collection brand, which has established itself as a benchmark of quality around the world».
In parallel, AX Partners’ expansion strategy includes the acquisition of a new hotel on the Costa Brava in the coming months, where it will also carry out a revaluation and optimization of its management together with a leading hotel brand. If completed, the firm will manage hotel assets valued at 80 million euros.
«Ourpriority is to consolidate our position as one of the leaders in hotel operations in Spain, a solid partner for our investors and the major operators and brands in the market. Our investment strategy is focused on unique and emblematic assets, small jewels in the best locations, to which we can add value,» said Recasens, according to Revista Hostelería.

]]>Located in Punta Colorada, province of Río Negro, the terminal will have a storage capacity of 600,000 cubic meters, distributed in five tanks. In addition, it will be able to dispatch up to 62,000 m³ per day through two interconnected monobuoys that will facilitate the loading of tankers. This facility not only represents a logistic improvement, but will also be a pillar for the expansion of exports from Vaca Muerta.
The project is promoted by VMOS, a company that brings together the main players in the Argentine energy sector, including YPF, Vista Energy Argentina, Pampa Energía and Pan American Sur. In total, the construction of the terminal will require an investment of approximately US$1.8 billion (about 1.736 billion euros), being part of a larger system that includes a 437-kilometer pipeline to connect the field with the loading and unloading terminal.
Técnicas Reunidas will undertake the engineering, procurement and construction management of this infrastructure, tasks that will be executed by its teams in Madrid, Argentina and Chile. According to the company, this contract is in line with its Salta strategic plan, which prioritizes projects with lower construction risk and greater strategic impact. The execution of the project will require close to one million man-hours of work and it is expected to start commercial operation in July 2027. The participation of Técnicas Reunidas, with a consolidated track record in the energy sector, reinforces its position as a leader in complex developments in Latin America.
Vaca Muerta, with an extension of 30,000 square kilometers, is the largest oil project in Argentina and one of the most relevant worldwide. This field not only has the potential to transform the country’s energy economy, but is also destined to become a key player in the global hydrocarbons market. The construction of the Punta Colorada terminal is a strategic step within a broader plan that involves total investments estimated at US$3 billion (about 2.9 billion euros). This development will not only strengthen the country’s export capacity, but will also consolidate Vaca Muerta as a benchmark in the production and export of crude oil.

]]>La entrada Trasmapi expects to start operating the Algeciras-Ceuta route in March. se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>It will be the first line outside the Balearic Islands of the Ibizan company, as well as the first operation resulting from the agreement recently reached with Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the first shipping group in the world. The proposal of Ceuta Lines, a subsidiary created by Insotel Marine Group, aims to meet the demand of Ceuta residents with a service adapted to their needs, in addition to offering a new maritime transport option in the Strait of Gibraltar, with alternative schedules and a modern fleet. The site Ceuta Actualidad has taken this for granted by reporting that «Insotel Marine Group has submitted all the required documentation to the Directorate General of Merchant Marine to participate in the rotations connecting Ceuta with the Peninsula». The start of operations of Ceuta Lines would be scheduled for March 2025 with the ship «Chenega», built by Derecktor Shipyards of Bridgeport, in the United States. With capacity for 400 passengers, 65 vehicles and two wide lanes for roll-on/roll-off cargo, «Chenega» is 71.75 meters long, 18.6 meters wide and has a draft of 2.65 meters.
The history of Trasmapi in the Strait has been marked by challenges and obstacles. In October 2023, the company sold the fast ferry Incat 045, a vessel it had acquired especially to cover the Algeciras-Ceuta line, after failing to receive authorization from the Port Authority of Algeciras(APBA). The sale, described by Trasmapi as an «opportunity» to avoid the cost of keeping the vessel inactive in Vigo, meant a restructuring of its plans in the region. The decision to sell the ship was not Trasmapi‘s only move; they also filed a millionaire patrimonial claim against the APBA, demanding compensation for the losses derived from the refusal to operate in the Strait, as well as guarantees that the company will be able to compete under fair conditions when it obtains the permits.
After that first frustrated attempt, Trasmapi resumed its intentions with a formal request to operate the line between Algeciras and Ceuta through Ceuta Lines, its subsidiary created for that purpose. On this occasion, the company seeks to operate with one of its two twin fast ferries, Chenega or Fairweather, purchased at auction in Alaska and modernized by the shipping company headed by Marcos Marí. With a capacity of 400 passengers and space for 65 vehicles, these vessels cover the line Alcudia Ciutadella and sometimes also provide service between Ibiza and Formentera to cover the obligatory dry dockage of the Castavi Jet.
This expansion of the Ibizan group IMG group is the first result of the agreement recently sealed with Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the world’s leading shipping group.
As announced, this alliance aims at the joint analysis and development of various passenger routes and fleet expansion, mainly fast ships to «enrich the offer of fast-ferry services in Spain, through its boutique proposal of maximum local focus in the communities where it operates«. In this long-term development, one of the milestones set out in the MSC + IMG agreement is precisely the implementation of new lines planned in the Strait, such as the Ceuta-Algeciras routes, under the Ceuta Lines brand, and Tarifa-Tangier, with the necessary resources for its more efficient operation, in case Tarifa Lines is finally awarded the tender, currently under evaluation and decision by the APBA.

]]>Despite this small setback suffered by Wall Street, the outlook for the Nasdaq 100 and the rest of the US stock market assets is really promising. Large companies are showing great potential in recent months and their future looks set to be overwhelming, as is the case of NVIDIA, whose constant advances in computer chips are positioning the company in a privileged position, as one of those belonging to the Nasdaq 100 with the greatest projection, both in the short and long term. Of course, we should also not forget some of the great winning horses of the aforementioned index, such as Netflix, Amazon, Tesla, Microsoft, Meta, Alibaba or Apple, which also contribute steadily to the growth that the Nasdaq 100 is experiencing during the last few days. The great momentum of these large technology companies has helped to bring in the beginning of December the best results in the history of the index that brings together the hundred best technology companies in the North American panorama, so what will happen in the immediate future will depend on their performance.
The Nasdaq 100 is a U.S. stock market index of the 100 largest industrial companies including hardware and software, telecommunications, retail/wholesale and biotechnology companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Unlike other indices such as the S&P 500, the Nasdaq 100 does not include financial stocks, which distances it from other major US stock market assets. The Nasdaq Stock Market was founded in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and introduced the world’s first computerized trading system, which allowed fast and transparent operations, although it was not until 1985 that the Nasdaq 100 as it is known today appeared. Its evolution has been such that it has recently reached the highest values since its creation, which gives an idea of the excellent moment in which it finds itself despite having almost 40 years of history, young figures in terms of stock markets. Because of this meteoric rise, the Nasdaq 100 is attracting the attention of an increasing number of investors, who are approaching the American index by acquiring shares in its hundred or so companies or by investing in ETFs (exchange-traded funds), which allow them to have a large stake in the Nasdaq 100 indirectly, something that also helps to reduce risk at the cost of a small drop in profits in relation to shares. The situation of the Nasdaq 100 in particular and Wall Street in general suggests that the US stock market has not said its last word in 2024 and that the last weeks of December may prove to be key in determining where the major indexes and their assets stand before bidding farewell to a year that has seen a great recovery in the stock markets, something that experts are confident will continue in 2025, which looks promising in various sectors.

]]>The first step in creating an online store is to select a platform that is easy to manage and has the necessary tools to provide an intuitive user experience. Options such as Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop stand out for being versatile and customizable. In addition, it is important to take care of the website design. A clear structure, with well-organized categories and an efficient search engine, will make it easier for users to find what they need quickly. It is also important to pay attention to the loading speed, since a slow site can cause customers to abandon the page before making a purchase. In this regard, tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights are useful for analyzing your site’s performance and making technical improvements to optimize the user experience.
Product shipping is a crucial element in any online store. In addition to ensuring safe transport, packaging can be a resource to surprise the customer and reinforce brand identity. Using personalized envelopes, such as printed envelopesis an excellent way to stand out from the competition. Attractive and functional packaging not only protects the product, but also improves customer perception of your business. Details such as including a personalized note or brand logo on the package are simple strategies that can build buyer loyalty.
An online store cannot thrive without a solid digital marketing strategy. Investing in SEO to improve search engine visibility and using social media or email marketing campaigns are effective tactics to attract traffic and increase conversions. On the other hand, one aspect that should not be overlooked is logistics management. In addition to selecting a reliable supplier for transporting orders, it is important to set clear delivery deadlines and adhere to them rigorously. Finally, choosing quality suppliers, not only for the products you sell, but also for items such as packaging and envelopes, will make a difference to the way customers perceive your business. Attention to detail at every stage of the process is what will make your online store stand out in such a competitive market.
