]]>Digitalization remains a key challenge for retail. Although programs such as the Digital Kit have enabled many businesses to access technological tools, the real challenge lies in their daily integration to efficiently attract and retain customers. According to Esther Parejo, a specialist in digital strategy and trainer at this conference, «digital transformation not only means having tools, but knowing how to use them strategically, without having a high impact on the structural costs of the business».
To address these needs, three face-to-face and online courses offering practical solutions for small local businesses will be delivered:
These workshops are of a practical nature and are aimed at solving the specific problems of local businesses, with examples adapted to their needs and available resources.
Participation is free of charge, although prior registration is required through this link.
The Acelera Pyme program is a national initiative that aims to build a reference ecosystem for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
From the Chamber of Commerce of Ibiza and Formentera, this program is materialized in practical training designed to facilitate the digital transition of local businesses, allowing them to take full advantage of the opportunities of the online market.
