]]>The proposal will run from January 18 to March 22, 2026, with activities scheduled almost every Sunday and a total of 12 proposals designed for participants aged 0 to 18 years, betting on music as a tool for personal, creative and emotional growth.
The Festival Música Joven is organized by the Department of Culture of the City Council of Eivissa and coordinated by the pianist and teacher Elvira Ramon, responsible for the artistic and pedagogical direction of the project since its first edition.
The initiative was born in 2024 with the aim of bringing music to young people in a close, playful and adapted to each stage of development, and was consolidated in 2025 thanks to the good reception of the public.
The Councilor for Culture of the City of Eivissa, Carmen Domínguez, stressed that the Youth Music Festival represents a «clear commitment» to cultural and musical education from childhood.
«We understand music as a fundamental tool for personal, creative and emotional growth, and we want children and young people in the city to have access to quality proposals, designed specifically for them,» remarked Domínguez.

The activities will take place mainly in the facilities of the Patronato Municipal de Música de Eivissa and the Espai Cultural Can Ventosa, and are designed to discover music through direct experience, play, movement, voice, rhythm and active listening, without the need for prior knowledge.
