The high-end real estate market in Ibiza surprises again with the appearance of two exceptional properties that are attracting international attention. On the one hand, an estate with a private airport in Santa Eulària des Riu, one of the most unique offers in the country; on the other, Villa Trudis, a modern luxury villa valued at $5.8 million, with a swimming pool, extensive gardens, five en-suite bedrooms and a tourist rental license, located a short distance from the prestigious Morna College.

The first property, distributed by a global platform for buying and selling premium properties James editionoffers an unusual combination: luxury residence and private airstrip, a lure aimed at buyers seeking maximum levels of privacy, direct connectivity and exclusivity. This type of real estate asset, very rare in Europe, targets a niche of frequent travelers, private jet owners and international investors who demand mobility without airport intermediation.

The second jewel on the market is Villa Trudis, a 316 sq. m. property built on a 4,863 sq. m. plot, with a design that blends Ibizan architecture and contemporary style after a complete renovation. The property stands out for the spaciousness of its rooms-unusual on the island-and for its orientation to international families, especially those whose children study at Morna College, which can be reached on foot through quiet streets without traffic.

The villa has two levels: a ground floor designed for leisure and family life, with renovated kitchen, several living rooms and two en-suite bedrooms; and an upper floor that houses an open office, a master bedroom with dressing room and full bathroom, and two additional suites with access to a terrace overlooking Ibiza town and Formentera.

The exterior is another of its great attractions, with an environment designed for outdoor enjoyment: swimming pool with sunny terraces, pergola with lounge area, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, Andalusian courtyard with fountain, a Balinese rest house and a large fruit orchard. The villa, built in 1982 and energy rated with label A, combines luxury, privacy and functionality, reinforced by its permanent tourist license, one of the most coveted privileges of the Ibizan real estate market.
