]]>Both proposals have been very well received by the commercial sector, which has once again actively joined in this action aimed at promoting economic activity during these special dates.
The main objective of the City Council is to encourage Christmas shopping, strengthen the visibility of local commerce and contribute to the beautification of the streets, creating a festive atmosphere that invites both residents and tourists to stroll and enjoy the capital of Eivissa.
Illuminated trees – designed to be placed in entrances and shop windows – and colorful decorative lollipops have become an increasingly valued resource for retailers, who see this campaign as an opportunity to highlight their offer at the height of the Christmas season.

The distribution of the elements takes place between December 9 and 13, in a process that this Thursday was attended by the Mayor of Eivissa, Rafael Triguero, and the Councillor for Tourism, Ruben Sousa.
As in previous years, interested establishments can pick up either of the two decorations at the point set up at the Mercat Nou.
Location: Entrance on Carrer de Catalunya, at the collection stand.
Hours: From 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Deadline: Saturday, December 13 (inclusive)
With this action, the City Council reaffirms its commitment to the promotion of local commerce and the creation of more welcoming and attractive urban spaces during the Christmas season.
