La entrada Valencia becomes the world capital of nightlife with the National Congress and the International Nightlife Congress se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>The opening was presided over by José Manuel Camarero, regional secretary of Tourism, who stressed that today’s traveler seeks to «feel the destinations» and live experiences. Camarero recalled that 4.7 million international tourists enjoyed nightlife in the Valencian Community last year, highlighting its contribution to the Mediterranean lifestyle and tourism offer.
In the same vein, Tico Corrons, president of Valencia Nightlife, thanked the city for hosting the meeting again after the cancellation by DANA in 2024, claiming music as a culture and its role in the construction of Valencia Music City.

The president of the International Nightlife Association, Joaquim Boadas, highlighted the expansion of the organization, with a presence in 27 countries and plans to exceed 50 in the next two years. He highlighted the value of the Triple Excellence in Nightlife, a pioneering international certification system in safety, quality and sustainability.
For her part, Maricruz Cádiz, deputy director of Tourism Development at Visit Valencia, said that these congresses consolidate the image of Valencia as a benchmark in tourism innovation and citizen coexistence.
The day began with a round table dedicated to the economic weight of nightlife in global tourist destinations. The island’s director of Tourism of Ibiza, Juan Miguel Costa, pointed out that the island has «the best leisure in the world» and that the challenge is to show visitors other facets of the territory. He recalled that 87% of the island’s GDP comes from tourism and that nearly 30% of travelers choose Ibiza for its nightlife.
In the case of Valencia, Corrons stressed that nightlife represents 1.8% of the local GDP and proposed the figure of the «night mayor» as a mediator between administration, locals and neighbors.
From Australia, Victoria Moxey explained the case of Sydney, where government restrictions prior to 2020 caused losses of up to $16 million per year. She insisted that entertainment venues are «social and cultural infrastructure». The analysis was completed with interventions that addressed the regulatory challenges in Barcelona and the need for public-private collaboration.
The second round table focused on marketing and brand building in the nightlife industry. Representatives of clubs, festivals and music labels agreed on the need to innovate without losing the essence. They highlighted the rise of premium entertainment, the importance of offering transformative experiences and the value of authenticity, both for brands and emerging artists.

Women’s leadership took center stage at a round table focused on the talent and vision of women in the industry. Directors, cultural managers and heads of international brands underlined the importance of sensitivity, intuition and the creation of safe spaces.
They have focused on the need to make schedules more flexible, promote the diversity of venues and reinforce the commitment to safety both in clubs and in transportation.
The afternoon was dedicated to technology applied to the distribution of royalties, the mental and auditory health of professionals in the sector and models for a balanced coexistence. Experts in music recognition highlighted the advances that enable more accurate remuneration for authors and producers.
Psychologists, prevention specialists and audiologists have warned about the increase in mental health and hearing problems among workers and assistants.

The day concluded with a debate on security and coexistence, where police representatives, noise experts and security companies agreed that the future lies in training, technology, dialogue and updating regulations.
From Italy, Simone d’Antonio provided European examples of integrated urban policies that recognize nightlife as a social, cultural and economic driver.

]]>La entrada Anuel in Valencia: why is the show postponed and what is the new date? se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>The promoter A Fuego Tours has announced that the Puerto Rican artist is experiencing health problems, which is why it has been decided to postpone the performance for a few weeks.
According to the statement released by the promoter on social networks, the singer has been forced to stop his activity due to an illness that prevents him from getting on stage in conditions. The organization assures that the artist needs to recover to be able to return «as it should be: breaking it».
Far from being cancelled, the event simply changes its date: the concert moves to November 27, 2025, keeping the same venue, the same production and the same format of the show that fans were expecting to enjoy.
Tickets already purchased will continue to be valid for the new date without the need for any additional procedure. However, those who are unable to attend on November 27 may request a refund within the established legal deadline, always through the same sales channel where the purchase was made.
The promoter insists that the change is temporary and that the aim is to ensure that the artist can perform in the best possible conditions.

]]>La entrada Feijóo bets on Juanfran Pérez Llorca to take over from Mazón and accelerate stability in the Valencian Regional Government se publicó primero en La Voz De Ibiza.
]]>According to Genova sources, the president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, personally communicated to Pérez Llorca -current secretary general of the PPCV, spokesman in Les Corts and mayor of Finestrat-his appointment as candidate for the Presidency of the Generalitat. The announcement comes eight days after the resignation of Mazón, who stepped aside to focus on national politics.
«I accept the challenge of achieving a majority with the focus on the recovery and reconstruction of the Valencian Community,» said Pérez Llorca in his social networks. «A period of dialogue is now open that we will face with seriousness, rigor and always prioritizing the needs of the Valencians.»
The PP is confident that the investiture will materialize in the coming days, with the aim of restoring institutional normality «as soon as possible». From Genova they assure that the election of Pérez Llorca has the unanimous support of the provincial directorates and they underline his continuist profile with Mazón’s project.
The national spokesman of the party, Miguel Tellado, communicated the decision to the provincial presidents and said that the appointment seeks «a solution as quickly as possible«.
«We think that the approach that the candidate is Juanfran can not surprise anyone in Vox. He belongs to a leadership that has already faced other conversations with Vox and is no stranger to them,» explained PP sources, according to EL MUNDO.
I appreciate the confidence of the president of my party, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, proposing me as a candidate for the Presidency of the Generalitat. I accept the challenge of achieving a majority with the focus on the recovery and reconstruction of the Valencian Community. It is now open a…
– Juanfran Pérez Llorca (@JuanFranFines) November 11, 2025
From the national headquarters of the party they are optimistic about the possibility of closing an agreement with Vox this week. The support of Santiago Abascal’s party will be essential for the PP to obtain the necessary majority in the investiture plenary that will be convened shortly.
«This will help the solution to be as quick as possible,» they add from Genoa, convinced that an early understanding will allow «to implement the proposals and solve what remains of the reconstruction».
The Valencian PP will formally communicate its decision to Vox and the rest of the groups represented in Les Corts Valencianes. From the popular direction they trust that the profile of Perez Llorca, known for his open-mindedness and good relationship with the formation of Abascal, facilitate negotiations.
«He will negotiate together with the people he designates, and we will supervise,» they point out in the national leadership. «We want to close it as soon as possible, because the later, the worse for the citizens.»
Vox, which had already warned that it would not sit down to negotiate without a candidate on the table, has made public the basic lines of its demands: fight against the European green pact and «climate fanaticism», tax reduction, education in freedom, real support for housing and rejection of illegal and massive immigration.
It is, in essence, a program that continues with that of Mazón, with whom Vox maintained a stable governing agreement during the last few months.
Born in Finestrat, Pérez Llorca is one of Mazón’s most trusted men and has played a key role within the Partido Popular de la Comunidad Valenciana (PPCV). As general secretary and parliamentary spokesman, he has acted as liaison between the various provincial delegations and the management team.
His appointment has not surprised the regional leaders, since his name has been sounding for months as a possible transitional solution. However, Pérez Llorca himself acknowledged last Monday that no one from Genoa had called him yet to formally offer him the position.
Despite having defended on other occasions that «the future of the Valencian PP must be decided by the Valencians», Pérez Llorca accepted that the final designation corresponded to the national leadership. He did so after maneuvering with the provincial barons to maintain internal unity and rule out a possible leadership crisis.
During the previous conversations, he even postulated the president of the Provincial Council of Valencia, Vicent Mompó, as an alternative in case of an early election. However, Genova always had as a favorite María José Catalá, mayor of Valencia, as an eventual candidate in a regional election.
The appointment of Pérez Llorca responds to Feijóo ‘s strategy of preserving political stability and avoiding institutional paralysis in a key community for the PP. From the national leadership insist that the replacement takes place with full coordination and internal support, which will allow maintaining the road map drawn by Mazón.
«The sooner an investiture is smoothed out, the sooner there will be a new government and the proposals will be implemented,» explain sources in Feijóo’s team.
The popular leadership considers that Pérez Llorca represents the continuity of the previous management, but also an opportunity to reinforce the image of cohesion of the party after the resignation of Mazón.
The former president of the Generalitat has expressed his explicit support for the new PP candidate. In recent statements, Carlos Mazón described Juanfran Pérez Llorca as «an extraordinary candidate», highlighting his commitment to the party and his ability to lead a new stage of government.
With this support, Genova is confident that the investiture process will be resolved smoothly. If the forecasts are fulfilled, the plenary session could be held before the end of the week, which would allow Pérez Llorca to formally assume the presidency and guarantee the continuity of the policies initiated during the legislature.

]]>A witness, who collaborates with a social aid association, indicated to the agents that, in addition to not being able to leave the house, both the woman and the children had been physically assaulted continuously for several months. Apparently, the victim had called an association asking for help, according to the consistory. After learning of the situation, a GAMA patrol, together with another support patrol, went to the victim’s home. The husband opened the door and the victim, from the back of the dining room, gestured for help and invited them to enter the house to help her. The police officers entered and, after taking the alleged aggressor to one of the bedrooms, they interviewed the victim, who was with two small girls. Once they were alone with her, she confirmed to the officers the version given by the complainant. In addition, the victim told them about the physical and sexual aggressions, mistreatment and kidnapping she had suffered during the whole time she had been in a relationship with the suspect. When the GAMA patrol found that it was not safe for the woman and the girls to stay in the apartment, they activated the 24-hour Women’s Center resource.
The man, 38 years old, has been arrested and handed over to the Judicial Authority.

This fund includes direct aid, tax reductions, support for business expenses and guarantees for families and SMEs. To date, 195 autopsies have been performed at the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) in Valencia, and of these, 133 bodies have already been identified. In this process, fingerprint analysis has been the key tool for 119 of the identifications, while another 14 have been possible thanks to the matching of DNA samples. However, 62 deceased are still awaiting identification, which maintains uncertainty for many families. To assist in the identification process, relatives of missing persons can provide everything from photographs and physical descriptions to personal items to help create a genetic profile. In this regard, the contribution of biological samples from immediate family members is essential to facilitate DNA analysis. Ante mortem offices are set up at the Civil Guard Headquarters in Patraix and at the Police Headquarters on Gran Vía Ramón y Cajal, in Valencia, and there are also mobile offices in Albal, Alfafar and Algemesí to avoid the need for those affected to travel.
While the identification of victims and the search for missing persons is progressing, the Insurance Compensation Consortium has initiated the management of compensation for those affected by the hurricane. So far, the consortium has received more than 70,000 applications and has mobilized 495 experts to assess the damage in the affected areas. The first compensations, which will begin to be paid this week, will be 20% higher than the appraised value of the damaged vehicles, a measure to mitigate the losses of the victims. The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has announced that the Consortium’s expenses will reach a record figure of 3,500 million Euros. In addition, the Government has approved an aid package valued at 10.6 billion to support the recovery of those affected by the disaster. To be eligible for compensation, those affected must have an insurance policy in force and the premium paid. The Consortium covers damage to insured property, such as homes, vehicles and businesses, as well as losses due to economic inactivity caused by the damage. Claims for compensation can be made through the Consorcio’s website or through insurance agents, and it is recommended that interested parties contact their insurer to expedite the process. With this panorama of uncertainty and recovery, the families of the missing remain hopeful of receiving news, while authorities and forensic experts work intensely to respond to the magnitude of this tragedy.

]]>On the other hand, the Insurance Compensation Consortium will start paying this Wednesday the first compensations to those families and companies that have lost their vehicles. They are estimated to be 20% higher than the appraised value of the car. According to Sánchez, the Consortium’s expenses will reach the «unprecedented» figure of 3,500 million euros, after having received more than 70,000 applications so far. «From tomorrow, but fundamentally from Friday, many of the resources will be transferred by the compensation consortium», he reiterated. Among the fiscal measures, the second payment of the IRPF tax return is delayed for Valencian taxpayers whose return was paid, as well as moratoriums and exemptions in the IBI, Economic Activities Tax or processing fee for vehicle deregistration. The first package of measures approved today, under the name of ‘Immediate Response, Reconstruction and Relaunching Plan for the Valencian Community’, contemplates direct aid for 78 municipalities (75 in the Valencian Community, 2 in Castilla-La Mancha and 1 in Andalusia), and subsidies of up to 72,000 euros for cases of disability «without income limit», which means quadrupling the public aid foreseen in the law. At the same time, between 20,000 and 60,000 euros will be granted for the repair of damaged homes; up to 10,300 euros to change or repair furniture, household appliances and fixtures; and up to 37,000 euros to repair elements of the neighbors’ communities.
For SMEs and the self-employed in the most severely affected areas, direct aid of 838 million euros will be provided. This aid will amount to 5,000 euros for the self-employed and will range from 10,000 to 150,000 euros for companies, depending on their turnover. To receive them, it will be sufficient to indicate the bank account number and they will start to be collected in less than a month. The benefit is estimated to reach some 65,000 self-employed workers and some 30,000 companies.

]]>The situation was particularly tense at the moment when the Kings and Mazón involuntarily separated from the main procession, remaining at the front of the route and directly facing a crowd that surrounded them with shouts and mud throwing. Security personnel tried to protect the king with umbrellas on several occasions, although he insisted on removing them to listen to the people who approached to express their complaints. Queen Letizia also experienced moments of great emotion when several women told her of their situation amid hugs and tears. «We are dead already» and «Why are you coming now?» were some of the phrases that the neighbors addressed to the monarch, who tried to comfort and show her support to those affected in the midst of a clearly hostile environment.
Faced with increasing tension, the retinue was backed up by more troops, including mounted police and military from the UME, who tried to create a barrier between the leaders and the neighbors. The Royal Household has informed that, after the incidents, the decision was taken to cancel the visit that was scheduled in Chiva. In addition, the King has called an emergency meeting for this Monday at the UME Headquarters at the Torrejón Air Base to assess the damage and coordinate further actions in response to the crisis caused by the DANA.
Carlos Mazón, president of the Generalitat Valenciana, tried to mediate the mood and listen to the demands, assuring those present that the Generalitat will remain in direct contact with the local authorities to assess and cover all the urgent needs of those affected. The King and Queen, who also spoke by telephone with the mayors of the most affected localities in the previous days, insisted on transmitting their support and their «deep regret» for the material and human losses suffered. The incidents in Paiporta reflect the feelings of many affected by the storm in the Valencian Community, who are demanding greater support and faster actions to mitigate the devastating effects of the DANA in their communities.

Although the intensity of the rains has decreased in Valencia, the DANA is now moving towards Andalusia and the northeast of the country, where the authorities maintain the alerts activated. In Castellón, the situation is still worrying, and the population has been asked to avoid traveling due to the risk of new floods. Meanwhile, the normalization of rail services is expected to be complex. The Ministry of Transport has warned that damage to the high-speed network between Madrid and Valencia will keep the service suspended for at least four days. In addition, economic losses are beginning to accumulate in key sectors such as freight transport and agriculture, where the rains have caused significant damage to crops.
The government has decreed three days of official mourning in memory of the victims, while local and regional authorities are working to coordinate aid to those affected. Rescue work continues in a complicated environment, with teams still trying to access isolated areas. The tragedy marks an unprecedented episode in the recent history of the Valencian Community, and the authorities warn that the final tally of damages and losses may be extended over the next few days.

]]>Maria’s Shelter (@adoptavalencia on Instagram) explained in a post on their networks that the emergency services of Valencia had offered to evict the caregivers but not the dogs: «We said that we were not moving from here, we were not going to abandon them (the animals) here». So they turn to the community to get the dogs to safety: «Only people who can take the dogs home! The car cannot pass within 3 kilometers of here. We are in Camí Caseta del Gall, 10. Sueca (46410) (…) We don’t know how far you can go with the car, we are here inside. The option is to bring the car as close as possible and go in on foot to get them, take straps and put them in the cars of the people who want to take them in». Those who can help can contact the shelter via WhatsApp at 662 68 17 99.

The map has been used by hundreds of people reporting emergencies, such as entrapment in homes, vehicles and flooded roofs. Since its launch, the platform has not stopped receiving alerts, demonstrating its relevance at a time when every second is crucial. Despite the exhaustion, Molina continues to monitor the tool relentlessly, assigning severity levels with different colors according to the urgency of the cases. The priority is to keep the information up to date to facilitate the response of rescue teams.
Although it suffered a digital sabotage attempt that temporarily deleted the content, it was able to restore the information thanks to a previous backup.
The impact of the DANA has left a deep mark across the country, but initiatives like Andru Molina’s highlight the power of technology and citizen solidarity in critical times. His effort is a reminder that, even from a distance, it is possible to make a significant difference in the lives of those who need it most.
