The 10K Ibiza-Platja d’en Bossa continues its unstoppable growth and aims for a new participation record. More than three months before its celebration, the organization has announced that there are only 300 bibs available for the race, which will take place on February 15, 2026. Registrations can be formalized through the official website www.10kibiza.com.
The event will bring together about 1,500 runners in one of the most anticipated events of the national sports calendar and the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. In this edition, the 10K will also be the scene of the Spanish Championship of 10K on the road, both in absolute and veteran categories, consolidating itself as a reference event for athletics and sports tourism on the island.
An event with international projection
The appeal of the 10K Ibiza-Platja d’en Bossa crosses borders. According to the organization,
The race also holds elite records: the current records belong to Kenyan Benson Kiplangat (27:18) and his compatriot Miriam Chebet (30:40), times that place it among the fastest 10K races in Spain.
The 2026 edition will be held again with the seal of tourist interest of the Consell de Ibiza and the support of the Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, reaffirming the commitment of the organization with sport, sustainability and the international projection of Ibiza as a reference destination within the national sports calendar.
