O Beach Ibiza has concluded the 2025 season reaching an outstanding milestone in terms of sustainability: the collection of 11,696.98 euros that will go entirely to IbizaPreservation, a foundation of reference in the conservation of the natural terrestrial and marine environment of Ibiza and Formentera. The initiative is part of the collaboration established this year between both entities with the aim of promoting a model of daytime leisure more committed to the territory.
During the summer months, the club promoted various fundraising and awareness-raising actions among its community of customers, employees and collaborators. This alliance is part of O Beach Ibiza’s social responsibility strategy, which seeks to integrate culture, entertainment and environmental awareness into its activities.
“For us, Ibiza is everything: it is our home and the reason why so many people visit us year after year. To be able to contribute in a tangible way to the protection of its environment, hand in hand with an organization as respected as IbizaPreservation, is a natural step in our evolution as a brand,” said the club.
An action with great impact
IbizaPreservation, for its part, has publicly thanked IbizaPreservation for the contribution. The foundation has stressed that it works from independence and environmental rigor, and that the support received allows progress in key projects related to marine conservation, biodiversity, circular economy and sustainable agriculture. It also stressed that gestures such as that of O Beach Ibiza help to consolidate business models that are more respectful and aligned with the protection of a particularly fragile territory such as the Pitiusas.
In addition to raising funds, the collaboration between the two entities has included community activities such as environmental cleanups, in which members of the club’s team have participated along with local volunteers. These actions reinforce the social dimension of the project, which aims to spread environmental awareness among residents, visitors and businesses on the island.
IbizaPreservation, founded in 2008, dedicates its efforts to conserve the land and sea of Ibiza and Formentera by supporting local projects that address challenges such as the protection of native species, the reduction of single-use plastic or the promotion of regenerative agricultural practices. O Beach Ibiza, internationally recognized as a benchmark for daytime leisure, thus continues to expand its commitment to initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable future for the island.
