The Civil Guard of Formentera has intercepted this morning 10 people of North African origin, from a skiff, in the Faro de la Mola.
The intervention took place at about 4:30 am and the 10 migrants are in apparent good health, detailed the Government Delegation in the Balearic Islands. With the group of this early morning, so far this year have reached the Balearic archipelago at least 5,701 immigrants aboard 341 boats, according to the count of EFE. Last year 128 boats reached the islands, with a total of 2,278 people.
