The CBbC Marina Santa Eulària restaurant has been the starting point of the exciting first day of Top Cuiner 2024, a competition that brings together a new generation of potential chefs. During the first day of this competition, 20 participants, aged between 9 and 14 years, have demonstrated their passion and talent in the kitchen, leaving an expert jury speechless.
Dishes worthy of great chefs
Between the stoves of the CBbC, the small cooks have prepared dishes that could well be on the menu of any haute cuisine restaurant.
From sirloin steak with Roquefort sauce and hake with seafood sauce, to creative salmon and mushroom empanadas and desserts such as a dulce de leche coulant, the quality and presentation of each dish surprised both the jury and the public present.
Second day and a final full of mystery
The excitement will continue tomorrow, December 28, with the second test of Top Cuiner, which will take place in Plaza España, in front of the Town Hall of Santa Eulària. On this occasion, participants will have to display their creativity to conquer the jury again, preparing original dishes that stand out for their innovation and flavor. The contest will reach its grand finale on the same stage where it began, the CBbC Marina Santa Eulària. Although the organization keeps secret the dynamics of the final test, they assure that it will be an unforgettable experience for the finalists and promises to be as fun as challenging.
