Stefan Milojevic, considered by investigators to be the biggest drug trafficker in the Balearic Islands, has been arrested in a joint macro-operation by the National Police and the Civil Guard. According to El Español, the agents have managed to dismantle the criminal organization he allegedly led, a network with international connections, infiltrated police forces and close links with the Albanian mafia.
In the investigation, which has taken two years to close, the agents have found an unusual level of sophistication: from the use of tracking “moles” placed on police officers to moles within the security forces. The magnitude of the plot led the detainee himself to refer to his activity with a phrase that is now key for investigators: “This is the Champions League. Here we can’t go any further. This is the top.
The operation has resulted in 13 arrests, including several members of his organization, and a record seizure: 687 kilos of cocaine and 2,500 kilos of hashish, as well as weapons and material linked to international trafficking.
A controversial leader: neo-Nazi, former MMA fighter and founder of United Tribuns Spain
Milojevic, 1.93 meters tall and with a background in mixed martial arts, arrived in Mallorca when he was just three months old, after his father, Serbian footballer Goran Milojevic, signed with the Balearic club in 1991. Although he tried his luck in the youth academy of Mallorca, he finally turned his life towards MMA, becoming a professional fighter.
Eventually, he became president and founder of United Tribuns España, a motorcycle gang of neo-Nazi ideology linked to crimes of drug trafficking, extortion, violence and control of brothels. He himself wanted to defend the group’s image in an interview granted to Ultima Hora, stating: “To join the United Tribuns it is not necessary to kill seven people. These are hoaxes, stories to keep you awake at night”.
However, police investigations point in another direction. According to reports, the organization controlled much of the drug trafficking in nightclubs, brothels and clandestine parties on the island, in addition to settling scores and providing services to foreign mafias.
The conversation that compromised him before the Albanian mafia
One of the key points in the investigation came in July 2025, when the Guardia Civil intercepted a conversation between Milojevic and Rubio Malo, an alleged link to the Albanian mafia. It was then that the United Tribuns leader uttered the phrase that now sums up the scope of his activities: “This is the Champions League. We can’t go any further here. This is the top.
For the agents, this statement is evidence of the transnational dimension of the network and the leading role that Milojevic is said to have played in the logistics of European drug trafficking.
From his father’s sporting success to his son’s downfall
Stefan Milojevic’s name had attracted attention years ago, when in 2020 he was arrested and sentenced to one and a half years in prison, although he did not go to jail. However, nothing foreshadowed the scale of activities now attributed to him.
His father, Goran Milojevic, remains a respected face in European soccer. A former international player with Serbia, he built a solid career with clubs such as Estrella Roja, Partizan, Stade Brestois, Mérida, Mallorca, Celta, Club América and Villarreal. With Mallorca he scored 28 goals in 70 games, a figure that is still remembered by the Balearic fans.
After retiring, he began a coaching career with teams such as FK Zelezni, FK Rudar Pljevlja, FK Radnicki Obrenovac, Mérida UD, Atlético Baleares and MFK Ruzomberok.
The contrast between the father’s sporting career and the son’s criminal profile has generated a notable impact on public opinion.
