The group of specialized and violent crime (UDEV) of the Local Police Station of the National Police of Ibiza, has managed to arrest four subjects as alleged perpetrators of the commission of several crimes against property committed in the month of January.
They are citizens of Moroccan, Algerian, Senegalese and Bulgarian origin , between 26 and 40 years of age, as detailed this morning by the National Police. The arrests are the result of a special operation carried out jointly by officers of the Judicial Police and Citizen Securityof the National Police Station of Ibiza in response to the increase of robberies and thefts inside vehicles. In this case, the way of proceeding consisted in taking advantage of the fact that the vehicle was open or with a window down or opting for the use of force to gain access to the interior of the vehicle, arriving, after this, to make expenses with the stolen credit cards. In this case, four people have been arrested for the recent commission of thefts and robberies with force inside a vehicle, in addition to various scams.
