The plenary of the Sant Antoni Town Hall has approved this Thursday the municipal budget for 2026, which amounts to 56.1 million euros, 10.6% more than this year and which consolidates the investment turn advanced in recent months. The accounts include 15.3 million for investments – 31% more – and confirm the forecast advanced by La Voz de Ibiza: the incorporation of the first item intended to acquire land and advance in the construction of housing at a limited price, financed by the Consell de Ibiza.
Although the official note does not detail the amount allocated to housing, the budget presented Wednesday by the mayor, Marcos Serra, included for the first time 500,000 euros to buy a plot to develop the first promotions at an appraised price within the plan that plans to raise up to 1,000 affordable homes in the municipality.
